Absolutely appalling! Companies who hand over to ridiculously shady ID companies as Veriff, need to re-think whether they should even be in business! Veriif records video the WHOLE time, don't be deceived, selfies are the deception when you are actually being video'd! I received several videos back, when I thought I was just taking a selfie. Beware! Veriff rejecting Government issued Drivers Licenses and Passports? crazy!
The product is giving completely inaccurate results and the company is shady. They lie and boast about having an office in Spain while they have not. They had a fake google maps location in Diagonal avenue in Barcelona, which did not exist. I had to report it to Google myself and the maps location was put down in 5 minutes by Google and verified to be a fake.The lie is alive and online - just google with keywords "Veriff Spain office" and you will land to the fake office location boasting. (I am not allowed to put a link here)
Just scanned my ID before checking their privacy policy. Oh boy do I regret it. They share your personal data, scans and ID with multiple third parties. Who knows where the third parties store and share it. What a privacy nightmare.
Why can't this company make a simple fix?? The genius software doesn't open the right camara. Guess what Veriff, you need to be able to access the right camara to get a pic to get verified! Youre getting paid for this?? You people are freaking morons!!
Finally, now, i am giving 5 star rating to Veriff organization for accepting my genuine kyc details..... here i am not deleting my old post for understanding the facts.... thank you Veriff. .... .... my previous post on 2025 -March month ......Yesterday I lost funding account facility from "For Traders propfirm organization " due to this "Veriff" 3rd party kyc verification process. I stand at top traders list worldwide trading competition. Because of this worst "Veriff" organization I lost my funding opportunity. Never, never trust this "Veriff " kyc verification genuineness. 1st I submitted my Aadhar ID issued by my Indian central government, then this organization sends feed back as "Risk Labels" . 2nd time I submitted Driving License then also not accepted. I am genuine indian citizen and started my trading career since 2004, and good Digital creator on Facebook also . This organization just spoiling my my trading competitions worth by just sending as kyc verification failure. Is they know "how hard is to select on 1st 2nd or 3rd places from worldwide traders competitions. They just spoiling my life, my hardwork, my skills, my dedicated long trading experience, and my future life with just one click. Really how dangerous is this "Veriff " organization kyc verification process. I don't know how to proceed legally to take action on this "Veriff " organization to get justice for my loss of funding opportunity. Please, please shutdown this "Veriff " organization activities immediately otherwise it spoil so many genuine persons identify
Only allows for blurry pictures so, you can never be verified at any site offering prize redemptions.MAKE SURE THE SITE YOURE CONSIDERING DEPOSITING WITH DOESNT USE VERIFFATTEMPT to verify FIRST otherwise, even if you win like I did, you"ll never get your prize.Has to be a known issue so, as far as im concerned, its done on purpose.
