A very useless company been trying to do my KYC for 2 months now it hasn’t been going through, I even had to redo my driving license for the Verification still no result what kind of company are you ?
Veriff worked for some months, then all of a sudden it stopped verifying our clients. Which means no new clients could make any new purchases. If their support was re-active we could fix this issue fast. For some reason our password no longer worked, we asked for a password reset, the mail never came. We have been waiting for 8 days for support to reset the password and check what the issue is with the verification process. No answer. None of their listed phone numbers work at all. We have had to disable the service for now as we are losing sales. Shame on them, the service is appalling!!!

Quite possibly the absolute worst verification service I've ever had the misfortune of coming across. The system denies everything you send it, or arbitrarily marks identification cards as not acceptable. Theres no words that can quanitify my dissatisfaction of being subjected to this system, but I beseech the developers to fix this flawed system. But as it stands in its current state, a one star would be GENEROUS.
These thieves have had so many bad reviews, their boss has come out to gaslight everyone by pretending bad reviews are good. How's that for sociopathy? Veriff essentially hoovers up ID data from ordinary people all over the world and stores it for years or probably indefinitely. This means it is simultaneously being hoovered up on the way through by the NSA, GCHQ and god knows what other surveillance organisations. When Veriff is hacked, which is inevitable, and they won't tell you if that does happen or has already happened, your identity is over forever. The company has one main purpose, which is to abolish customer service for booking anything, so as to increase profits for their major corporate customers and delete millions of jobs worldwide. No one can be held accountable or help, because you meet no one and talk to no one. It should be illegal for them to store government-issued ID - instead they are privatising ID. Thieves. Stay away. Avoid all hotels and other people who use them.
Unfortunaly I had a bad experience with this company Veriff, which was supposed to guide me to comply with the requirements of taking a selfie plus my Peruvian ID as per Truspilot's requirement.I commenced the procedure to connect my mobile phone with the company through a link they sent to my mobile phone, but it took along time to process because even though the first intent they took about 4 pictures of my ID on both sides, they said it not good then I suggested i would switch to another mobile phone just in case my first one was something obsolete. Greater was my surprise that with this second mobile, we again could not complete the procedure in spite of the fact that they took about 2 pictures from each side of my ID. When the session expired, I talked to my son, who happened to have an iPhone to let me use it in the belief that it would be better to complete the requirement Veriff had to receive a selfie and pictures of my ID. They came back saying that the time had expired and that if I wanted to do it again, I would have to wait ten minutes. Waited the extra ten minutes, but to no avail because I could not get to connect with them. I said enough is enough and decided to stop it there because I became suspicious of this company that may be involved in not-so-serious business (read the comments on the internet ), confirming this theory that the company TrustPilot is using, i.e., requested the services of the Veriff company to obtain the selfies and ID documents from the people applying for the job.
