It literally doesnt work tried at least 20 times with my government id everything checks out but then they try to tell me to use a different document, i dont have a different document, and they dont even have a support team
When I open the camera app my camera is fine and not blurry. However, when I used Veriff, the photos were blurry and hard to read. In addition, when I tried uploading a photo, it said "uh oh upload failed; try again". Unfortunately, I attempted it again 10 times to no success. Awful.
I have tried over and over to verify my ID and no matter what the picture is blurry. I am able to verify with other verification software companies with no problem. The problem is not my camera because I can take a picture of my ID and it's not blurry. The problem is veriff.
After spending many hours completing surveys through Altaopinione I was required to verify myself through Veriff, despite being already verified by phone number. The process through Veriff is very intrusive, they expect you send them a photo of your ID and a selfie. If you read their privacy terms they are allowed to sell and share your personal data. They say they "generally" don't do sell data, but not that they are not allowed to. My personal data are not valued 15€. I just wasted hours of filling surveys.
