Was trialling their KYC app and for some reason I was kicked out of the platform and couldn't login anymore. The verification system seemed fine but I'm not sure why it seems like my account was suspended. EDIT: The account was suspended or blocked temporarily because our email server wasn't configured properly and we missed an important email from Veriff regarding confirmation of the account. Once the account was re-enabled, we lost our 30-day free trial (we had about 22 days left at the point) and 100 free verifications and had to pay for a subscription.
When taking pictures on your phone beware, as veriff also captures images from the other camera on your device and sends those to the veriff user. I was asked to take a selfie, but the seller also had access to images from the rear facing camera. Total breach of privacy and this service should not be trusted.
Fantastic customer service, and a wonderfully innovative product, changing the IDV market! Would highly recommend to any growing company looking to make a difference in this space. The company itself is extremely ahead of the game in terms of response rates and coverage, and only continuing to grow.
