Ruined my longstanding membership of Opinion Outpost with a sudden demand for ID I dont have. I had been with the survey company for about 10 years and never had a complaint against me or them but as a 68 year old I dont travel so have no passport, i've never been a driver, I own my own home and born in UK so no residence permit and all I have is a UK senior bus pass which was rejected by their system! Opinion Outpost were unable to explain precisely why this happened but the reason had changed to 'no ID' to ' Poor performance in survey taking'. I am with two companies and been with them over 10 years and never been told this before? I have been restored by OO but I dont think i will ever feel quite comfortable with them again. I think the problem is with Veriff.
It worked almost 100% on the first try..I think it was operator error mostly, ha ha that operator is me. The one thing I DONT LIKE is traceability of 'who' and 'where' this info is stored. And...the legitimacy of this company. Giving up bio-metrics is questionable in any instance.
