This company is not worth giving even 1 star. They are not accepting Pan Card, Aadhar Card, and Voter ID as proof of identity. Not only have they hurted me but they have INSULTED THE GOVERMENT OF INDIA who provide this identity card to its' citizen.
Freecash is using this for their verification and I was scared to upload my government id but I wanted to get my $10 iTunes that I redeemed so I can spend on an app. But now when I see on here that it’s a 1.4 Star Rating and now i hate myself for verifying my ID.
Uber is using Veriff now for identity verification and ever since they switched over to this company its been a complete nightmare. We are constantly getting emails to upload a new photo 5 and 6 times, multiple requests to reupload driver's licenses - they seem to have no ability to actually do proper facial recognition and their apps that take the actual photos are awful and you have to constantly retake photo after photo because it wasn't just quite right. I've never had this kind of trouble with any other ID verification company.
Absolutely disappointed with Veriff’s service — if negative stars were allowed, I would give them.Veriff has repeatedly rejected my KYC verification without even attempting proper review or providing a valid reason. I submitted perfectly clear Indian identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, and Driving Licence) multiple times, all scanned exactly as required, under proper lighting and format. Yet, every attempt was instantly declined within seconds as if no human ever checked the files.What’s worse, Veriff gives no meaningful explanation or feedback. The rejection messages are generic and completely useless. Their system seems broken and poorly optimized for Indian documents, which has caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and financial loss. It feels like the verification system is automated to reject by default rather than actually analyze submissions.Their support is equally unhelpful. Contacting them leads to vague template replies with no accountability or real resolution. For a company claiming to handle user identity securely and professionally, Veriff’s handling of this process is a total failure.If your platform relies on Veriff for verification, prepare for repeated rejections and wasted time. They seriously need to update their system, train their support, and respect users from all countries. Right now, Veriff represents everything wrong with automated KYC — zero transparency, zero logic, and zero reliability.Avoid relying on Veriff if you value your time and trust.
