Been trying to use their service since July 6th via a fintech company.. Their system was down which showed on the status page. No matter what browser I use on the desktop or phone, the checks is stuck on Finilising Decision. When I re-apply on the fintech site and I get taken to Veriff, it goes straight to the process of checking the ID I uploaded the first time and stays on 'Finalising Decision.' There's no way to contact them via email, live chat or phone. Very frustrating experience.
Useless service that won't accept a UK provisional driving license as ID even though it's government-issued and accepted by pretty much every financial institution in the country as valid ID. I'll avoid all services that use Veriff in the future. I have successfully passed ID verification that use Veriff's superior competitor: Ofido.
Unable to become a verified Trustpiltot reviewer becuase the veriff app ALWAYS claims something has gone wrong when I attemp to take a picture of my passport even with a freshly restarted phone an no other apps running.This happen on multiple attempts over several months
