Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company - you are on hold for a very long time if you try to contact customer services. Then they pass you to another 'imaginaryThey make it as difficult as they can to cancel the contract. NEVER call you back and NEVER answer emails.

I had a fantastic dialog from the very beginning with Verisure who listened to my needs and properly assessed my home to thoroughly meet my requirements. An super easy to use operation via the app topped by excellent service, installation and even post follow-up to ensure i was satisfied and managing ok .Highly recommended!

I wish I’d chosen any other alarm…

I wish I’d chosen any other alarm service- trying to cancel out of the monthly subscriptions has been a nightmare- nobody replies to emails and calls are never returned. And a 3 month notice period is ridiculous!

If you compare This service with other…

If you compare This service with other alarm companies, you will find out there are no much difference. For me, i think there prices are to high. Sector alarm is 149kr months and i pay 299kr month. Am considering changing company.
