gang of cheats!something diferent what they say at the meeting, something else later comes out of the contract!First, they say you pay for the equipment and the installation is freeWhen it comes to settlements, it turns out that the equipment is still theirs and you only rent from them and you paid for the installation, not for the equipment!I used the panic button twice - no reaction despite the scery situation!Continuous complaints, later apologizing and returning to the exit point again.More stress than all this sh..t is worth!Once the camera in the kitchen broke, the alarm rang every hour on average, and every hour, verisure rang.Despite the fact that I gave information about the broken camera, no one noted it and I was called at night 2 or 3 every hour until the morning.So for almost two weeks. I was on the verge of nervous exhaustion, and so were my childrenI do not recommend !

Keeps calling multiple times a week for half a year now

About a year ago a sales person knocked our door and asked if we wanted to book an appointment about a possible offer on a home alarm. The day when they were supposed to show up (they were visiting neighbor houses) noone showed up.Then half a year later I tried calculating a price on their website, but chose a different provider. Ever since they have been calling multiple times a week, always from different phone numbers. I never answered the calls and I never will, no matter who is calling. It is so annoying that they keep calling when obviously I'm rejecting the call!Update: I am not going to ASK them to remove me from a call list. They should realize that I am never going to accept the call - I am actually hanging up the call every time. I am happy to know that they are at least wasting time and money calling me

As a 1st time customer, there has been some minor misunderstanding. However, your customer service team has been most helpful in alleviaing the problems. Otherwise, we are truly happy with the Verisure equipment and service.

Was sold a ‘full kit’, the salesman came and inspected my building and I was told what I needed. There’s 3 photo detectors included in the initial paper quote given to me. I was told once I pay the initial price I own the equipment. It was £40.80 (he failed to point out that was excluding vat) so when my bill came through it’s actually over £50. When I questioned the extra price I understand the vat as it did say in small letters on the bottom of the paper which was not pointed out to me. Apparently the extra charge was for an extra camera I added. Which I got sold this in the initial package (two cameras) I thought I owned this extra camera, now apparently not. All this is found out after the item is sold to you. Terrible usage on the app. Constantly says error can’t connect, takes a good 2/3 minutes to get a picture sent through to you. When checking if the alarm is activated 90% of the time it says sorry we are unable to check this now. Very basic software with 0 speed. Quality of the photos taken are terrible, again you don’t see this until you buy the package, sales videos show a clear image. If someone was to break in they would look like a black blob on the screen. No customer service to fix faults with your security system outside of working hours, my system won’t respond and it’s now nearly 2am, called and the lady couldn’t help, not exactly what you pay £50 per month for. Really disappointed as I was recommended this system.

Amazing service :)

The service received from Dylan Skinner and Johnny from the Chester branch was fantastic. I've never received better service from people that have come to my house to show us a product. I advised customer services that my husband relied upon lip-reading to communicate so Dylan bought along Johnny just in case there were communication issues. However, there was no issues at all as Dylan was fantastic when communicating with my husband. Dylan made sure he had eye contact with my husband at all times and also paused the video every minute or so to let my husband know what was being said. Dylan also explained the whole process from start to finish and double checked we knew how to set up our alarm system. Dylan had also ensured our fobs worked between 3 households. Dylan was patient and answered all our questions. Dylan was not pushy or intimidating like the usual sales person. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Dylan and Johnny.

Huge room for improvent, specially with the evolution of technology

Best point: Quick response time from an actual security firm (valid in my area)Pros: Nice people, good follow up, extremely good coverage where I live, ID protection (only support in case things go south, but still), Guard system which is great for elderly people or people living alone, SOS button (on the go as well via the mobile app) Cons: Very expensive IMO (in a smart home environment you do not pay extra for non human service like for vibration sensor, a hub, water detector), no integration with any home assistant, not enough variety of gadgets and no incentive to buy from them, specially with the extra month fee, camera only take still pictures(a lot of fish eye effect and small sensors)In my particular case the system does not recognize other users. It always says it is me accessing the locks although they use their one star-key or code which is person unique.IMO I would prefer to have a monthly fee for monitoring and a certain cap of connected devices (limited by hardware) without independent monthly fee for each. It would also be very neat if I as the owner would actually be able to use their gadgets outside of their system. Basically if tomorrow I renounce my monthly I payed a lot of money for only 2 fire alarms that I could get for very cheap. One last thing, it would be nice to be able to use the speaker yourself as an intercom when not home, but someone else is.
