Very good service and installation is professional and quick.Contract follow-up is well done. I am looking forward to become a subcriber after 6 month trial, but hopefully with a good and acceptable monthly rate. Thanks.

Im was satisfied with the alarm but…

Im very satisfied with the alarm and the installation. After being a customer for more than 5 years I have now been trying to cancel the subscription and Verisure have passed me around to internal departments. Cancel notice was sent in september and now 2 months left they answer that cancellation was not approved. APPROVED?? That is not up to you to decide. I will block and deny further payments 3 months from my email to cancel the service.

This is a follow-up comments to Verisure. See original post and response from Verisure (09/20/2022) under dash.1. My first call was 20 days ago. Their response is that they made a note and responsible sector will contact me as soon as possible. (I wrote mails also.) Of course, I did not get response.2. After 10 days I made a post here, I got responses from customer: Hi, I can see that there is a case on this and that we have sent it to the relevant department. I will send a note to them to contact you as soon as possible, obviously we have to solve this. Kundservice / Customer service, Emelie=> Exact the same as the response from the call. Obviously NO ONE wants to solve it.3. Up to now, no response after this mail.=> Exact the same as usual.4. If the price should be the same on your invoice according to oral agreement as response from Verisure here (trustpilot), why does not Verisure simply call me to cancel the installation/device fee? or, just send me a document to confirm that. The only truth is that no one at Verisure wants to solve the problem they made. They want to force me to pay the extremely expansive installation/devices fee (~10000 kr) before the deadline of invoice.So, how can I trust Verisure, which claims itself as a security company? What shall I do? They already wastes me a lot of time to solve this meaningless problem.To Verisure: I do not know why you want to turn your customer evaluation from very positive to very negative. -----------I was cheated by the salesmen, who convinced me to switch from previous security company to Verisure. He promised that no fee for installation and devices and free use of three months. After me and my family agreed, they came to install alarm system and help to terminate my previous company's subscription immediately in the next day. After installation, the staff asked me to sign contract without any explanation and just point out the month fee, which i should pay, during my cooking. Very efficient!After few days, they sent first invoice to me. Again, very efficient! But, extremely expensive installation fee is listed in the invoice and no waive for three months.I called them and got answer that they will contact local office to contact me next day or few days. And, they asked me to write an email to show the termination of my previous subscription. I did but no answer. So, I called again. They said that they will contact me in few days. Up to now, one week passed. Still no answer.It seems that I got another cheating by the customer service. Ps. If Verisure's staff wants to answer this comment, don't ask me to contact customer service. You can contact me directly.--------ResponseHi Ching-Lien! Thank you for your honest judgment. I would have given this company a 0…

I would have given this company a 0 star review if it would be possible. How could they allow for naked pictures of their customers to circulate in their company while making fun of people and destroying their privacy in an unspeakable matter. Horrible, absolutely horrible. Instead of taking on the matter firmly, they are also trying to undermine the situation which makes everything far worse. If you value your privacy you should not choose this company. Thank god for the whistle blowers within the company that made this information public.

I asked for a cancelation request 4…

I asked for a cancelation request 4 times but they kept sending me invoices when I didn't have to pay, took 6 months for them to finally cancel it there service is really poor.
