Good evening,I called to query my verisure healthcheck report as it was completed an hour ahead of UK time.David from Newcastle? Whitney Bay took my call and explained that the hour ahead on report was because they work to Spainish time.I then remembered I had a long standing problem with the bleep not working when I set alarm. Whilst the second query was for another department David very kindly reset the alarm settings and checked all was well for me.Very grateful and satisfied customer so thank you David, Whitney Bay.
I had called many times in the past to sort out my log in issues and also to enquire about video doorbell & Outside video camera. I was passed pillar to post . Finally, I spoke with David from Newcastle today. He finally solved my problem , booked me in for video camera & video doorbell. I can’t thank him well. He was very professional and extremely honest. I really really do hope that his manager realises that he is a asset to the company and appreciates his hard work and honesty…Good luck David and thanks for your honesty.
