I’m reviewing VFS Tehran. They provided a fast and well-organized service, and overall the system runs very smoothly. However some staff members’ behavior felt a bit uncomfortable. They were very dry and cold which made the process a bit stressful. Based on my experience with other visa centers I believe VFS staff have to get trained better about how to communicate with the customer. The only staff I genuinely was satisfied with was the lady who took my biometrics; she was kind and professional.
