Review Time
The 3 day Vienna pass was good value and at the end of three days visiting many of the top sites that are included with the card there were still a lot of attractions we would like to have seen but hadn’t the time for. My only suggestion for improvement is that the card could run for 24 hours from the time of first use not individual days.
This pass is the worst decision ever do NOT get this pass. The customer service is atrocious even with management. They admitted their scanners were faulty and victim blamed that we should call them as tourists because sure we want to RACK up phone bills. When we went physically to the Vienna office they were super rude and yelled at us. Then they email threatened me when I was going to post, overall if you don’t want a terrible horrible vacation experience stay away at all costs you will regret it if you get this faulty pass that they even admitted to and god forbid you don’t have a cell phone how dare you as a tourist. And they expect you to waste hours of your time dealing with this and being belittled and treated with zero respect.
The pass is useful only for 4 days or above. I took the pass for 2 days. There is not just enough time to see many places. For the number of places to see in two days, we will be slightly over paying for the card. Also, beware that not everything at an attraction is allowed entry with this pass. For example, at the Spanish riding school, only the daily exercise is allowed entry and that is only on weekdays. When I went on a weekend, I had to buy a ticket for the show by paying 33 Euros! I kind of regretted buying the pass.Also at Schonbrunn palace, you don't get entry to the full palace but only to state apartments.
