I would definitely recommend this pass as it will save you money and it gets you priority access to go and see the different sites that you would like to visit. I did the cheaper pass because wasn't there longer but next time would definitely do the higher costing one.
The pass is convenient only if you choose to visit the most expensive attractions. So decide in advance and only pay it for those ones and then do your maths, considering to pay the others individually.I suggest considering a transport pass more than the one for attractions.
Don't buy the Vienna pass. It's a complete ripoff. They claim it's 24 hours. It's not!! It's only good till midnight on the day you buy it. They know they're misleading customers and don't care. Their customer service people are rude and condending
Vienna Pass is very convenient and cost effective. It's easy to purchase online. It gives access to almost all monuments, including palaces and museums. Access to Hop-on Hop-off buses is also included. That makes it easy for visitors to explore Vienna. The guidebook given to me along with VP was very helpful.

Unfortunately, my experience with this pass was far from satisfactory due to misleading advertising and unexpected inconveniences.Firstly, the pass claimed to eliminate the need for queues at attractions, which was a major selling point for me. However, upon arrival at several sites, I was required to go to the desk to exchange my pass for a valid ticket. This process was time-consuming and defeated the purpose of having a pass that supposedly offered direct access.The most disappointing aspect was the Schönbrunn Palace visit. The pass only covered the most basic entrance, which was quite shameful. I had to pay extra to access the full experience of the palace, which was not clearly communicated when purchasing the pass. This hidden cost was frustrating and made me question the value of the pass.Overall, I found no real benefit in purchasing this city pass. It did not deliver on its promises and ended up costing me more money and time than anticipated. I would not recommend this pass to anyone and certainly will not be purchasing it again. My experience was disappointing, and I believe there are better options available for exploring the city without the hassle and hidden costs associated with this pass.
