Mit my daughters profil.the figure was made of hard material, the figure was wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap, then corrugated cardboard, and then cardboard around it, and into a cardboard box. ., this cardboard box was placed in a larger cardboard box, with large bubble wrap pillows around it, this larger cardboard box was lined with 2 layers of flamingo. The item arrives at the buyer, who shows the figure similar to the one I sent, but in completely different colors than the one I sent to the buyer. Both the buyer and Vinted admit that it is well wrapped. but the sale is suspended and I lose both the figure and the 400 kr. Subsequently I have contacted Vinted to have the matter forwarded to the transport company, vinted replies that the item is not wrapped, despite taking a photo and earlier vinted wrote that it was wrapped very well, when I ask how I can wrap it better. then vinted does not respond... but vinted takes the buyer's side, even though the buyer shows the goods in pieces, but in completely different colors than shipped, I do not understand why I as a seller should lose face and money..because vinted does not send the case to the transport company. Would rate 0 stars if I could. A buyer bought three of my items, a lamp, two small jars and 6 glasses. ONE glass was broken upon arrival and without contacting me, vinted decided to refund buyer for everything, letting it up to buyer to decide if they want to pay for the rest of keep everything. I have tried talking to vinted, they don't care. I will be contacting forbrugerklagenævnet.
Support is answering like a robot sending standard replies without responding to the question. They close the chat without solving the problem. Especially Stanislav from support is really rude. He only posts copy paste robot replies that do not solve the problem. And when you ask again, he simply closes the chat. Extremely arrogant.
Vinted will not refund the money I earned from selling a football shirt via them. I sent the money to a closed bank account, which my bank has provided proof of, but Vinted will not refund my money. It’s really a shame since the concept of buying and selling used clothes is really good, but this is a case of a big company that doesn’t want to treat their users in a decent manner.
