I use vinted to buy everything. From house decor to clothing I shop for it on vinted. I love the platform, shipping costs and low costs. As a seller I love it even more. The points system works great to sell and buy more items on the platform. I've purchased all of my families birthday presents using vinted and it really helped me save money plus it's better for the environment. I've used vinted for almost two years now and I've never had a bad experience with the app. Sometimes buyers fall through, but that has nothing to do with the platform itself. I would highly highly recommend vinted over other platforms like Sellpy or Tise.
Customers buys a vest from me for 94,- dkk. And claims afterwards it came empty. He sends photos and everything with the package being ripped open. I send you all the details etc. And you choose to just close the transaktion and refund the buyer and let me lose my money and the vest I sent to the buyer. Wtf is actually going on in the company. Never have I experience anything like this. Avoid selling from Vinted....
A buyer made an offer to buy my item at a lower price than listed, and I accepted. However, she didn’t make the payment and after two days I asked if she still wanted the item and she said no. So I cancelled the trade. I lost two whole days waiting for her to pay but she had just decided to change her mind.It shouldn’t be possible for Vinted to reserve the item for the buyers like that, the payment should be made immediately or within max 12 hours or the trade is automatically cancelled.
By mistake, I transferred some money to a closed bank account. The money was automatically sent back to Vinted.I have sent all the information from my bank to Vinted’s automated service.I have started more than five chats with Vinted, but they keep closing them. Most recently, they said the money has been sent.I believe I will never see this money again. I cannot recommend Vinted to anyone.
I asked for my payout. 725 DKK which to me is a lot of money. I never received the money. Vinted sends my robotic answers saying they don’t have my money and they won’t pay me. I tried sending emails but I receive the exact same messages as on the app. Now they are ignoring me both on the app and on email. So here I am with no money and no contact five weeks after asking for payout.I strongly advise you to stay FAR away!!!Scammers
