Review Time
Ordered a bag. The seller claimed to be used twice, definitely not. After receiving of the bag I have claimed for review, Vinted agreed for return and they informed that the seller is not agreeing with their decision therefore they are talking with the seller.In their help page they said after their review the seller will have 2 days to respond. Guess what 10 days later I am still waiting an update from him. The seller sold product that was SNAD (their term), she was gasligting, implying as my behaivor issue to raise a complaint, no response to my following messages- yet Vinted is allowing this to happen. Still waiting and now their customer service is ignoring my messages. Unprofessional, don't trust them. You might face some issues, and they will never help you. 2 days handling in my ass….
Normally I find it difficult to shop online, especially because of all the fake companies. But Vinted is different. I find it easy to access, delivery works fine and the clothes I've got is aligned with the pictures. I've started to sell clothes too and it's easy too
Hello Vinted,Is this really legal?You rejected my complaint and made it legal.I saw a listing where the seller writes that the item can only be purchased through their Instagram account. They also say that if a purchase is made on Vinted, they will cancel the order.
I sold a packet value 575 DKK from Denmark to a customer at Vinted, Piotr Trochalski in Poland. Apparently he did not fit the suit and asked for a return, which I accepted. I received the parcel and had to collect 10.00am on last day but managed 10.10am. Postnord said they could not do anything and would sent the parcel back, even if it was still in the pickup locker at Postnord. I wrote to Piotr and asked him to return the parcel once arrived but obviously he didn´t. Vinted then cancelled my order, even if I reported the case in time and asked them not to pay Piotr - so I lost both package and money. I will report the case to the consumer complaint board/forbrugerklagenævnet in Denmark and encourage others to do the same when Vinted does not act rightfully.
Honestly is one of the worst platforms, i used to love it but in certain situations , it just simply doesn’t work, the customer service doesn’t exist , i bought a product which was false advertised , all the tags were cut down, and when i managed to sent it back, the seller accused me that i damaged the product, and vinted asked me for pictured with the returned package, otherwise i will have to cover the cost of the product. In what world does this make any sense, how was i supposed to know that i need to take pics with the package ???? And for few days now i am trying to get in contact with a real person from vinted, but all i get back are AI messages . Truly the most absurd thing i ever saw in my life, shame on you guys.
I purchased an item on 19/06/2025, but it never arrived. I contacted the delivery company, who informed me that I needed to raise the issue with Vinted.When I checked the app, I was informed that I couldn’t report a problem until 23/07 - more than a month after the purchase, and long after the delivery issue had already occurred. Then, from 23/07, I was only given a 2-day window to report the issue. Unfortunately, I was on vacation during that time and wasn’t regularly checking my phone, so I missed the opportunity to act.Because I didn’t report the issue within that very short timeframe, I’m now being told that I’m not eligible for a refund - despite the fact that I never received the item.Being forced to wait over a month before I was even allowed to raise a complaint, only to then have just 2 days to act, is simply not fair. This policy does not protect buyers and feels extremely unreasonable.As it stands, my money is lost and Vinted cannot help. I sincerely hope this case will be reconsidered.
