Dont ever use this site for selling your stuf. I sold some soccer equipment but the buyer suddenly complained that I sent something incorrect and sent a picture of something totally different. Vinted didn’t agree that it was not what I sent and gave the buyer all rights. This is totally scam. Be very careful. Will never use Vinted again.
I bought my third item since i transfer here in Vinted. I received my 3rd item, checked it myself and also have it checked by professionals online paying an amount for it. The item is falsified/copied/not legit. Now the seller dont reply. I have been using so many hours now today to go trough all links and help center information in vinted but nothing led me to where i can write to their customer support.I am so stressed and very confused. what is the buyers protection for if I cant get help?
Don't buy/sell anything you cannot afford to loose. The "help-center" isn't of much help beyond one automatized question/answer. If anything goes wrong don't expect any assistance.The rules/guide lines are rigid. Certain users have a tendensie to by-pass these rules and sell generic items thereby making the rules redundant......
