They should be prosecuted for facilitating the selling counterfeit goods. There is SOOOOOO many counterfeit goods and you get the same response, that they don't find anything wrong with the post, when you contact them. I literally saw shoe that had "replica" printed in the sole and they still didn't take the post down.

Køberen hævdede fejlagtigt, at støvlerne var defekte, og Vinted valgte uden videre at tage køberens parti, selvom mine og købers billeder var identiske.Køberen kontaktede mig gentagne gange med få minutters mellemrum og brugte groft og nedladende sprog. Det viste sig senere, at hun har behandlet flere sælgere på samme måde.Jeg finder Vinteds håndtering af sagen både uprofessionel og unfair. Jeg har brugt tid, energi og penge på at sende pakken, og nu skal jeg vente en hel måned for at få mine helt nye støvler tilbage – fuldstændig langt ude!! The buyer falsely claimed that the boots were defective, and Vinted chose to side with the buyer without question, even though my photos and the buyer’s photos were identical.The buyer contacted me repeatedly, just minutes apart, using rude and condescending language. I later found out that she has treated multiple sellers the same way.I find Vinted’s handling of this case both unprofessional and unfair. I spent time, energy, and money sending the package, and now I have to wait a whole month to get my brand-new boots back – which is completely unreasonable!!
When i send package and it got lost, then the buyer report its missing, and theres a text that says youll get the value back if your package gone missing as knos as conpisation thing but the cancelled it self, and when i report it they said they cant help no more because i have self cancel the order they try to scam me that why i dont recond vinted they'll try to take your money and everything you send .
Vinted is absolutely frustrating. They force you to use unreliable couriers like DAO, who hold packages for days, and when you try to get help, you only get a bot, not a human.They are holding your money, your time, your plans, and often your items get lost. This has nothing to do with Trendsales what used to be — it’s a systemic problem. Seriously considering stopping using Vinted entirely.
I had a very disappointing experience. I bought an item, and it never arrived at my home. The reason was never explained. It might have been a normal courier problem, but Vinted was not able to handle it at all. The buyer protection is useless because it did not protect me in any way as a customer.I opened three different support tickets to explain the problem. Each time, I received the same unhelpful answers. The seller was also embarrassed, because she was told by Vinted that I had to contact her myself to solve the issue. That made no sense.In the end, I wasted too much time. I will not use this platform again. It is not worth the effort. I recommend that others avoid this service.
I was able to sell some of my daughters clothes, which I did not manage to do on other apps or on local flea market. I think it is partly because not only people from Denmark can see what you are selling, but also neighbouring countries. And I found a nice Christmas party dress for myself.
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Vinted. My experience with them has been extremely negative, especially when it comes to their customer service. If something goes wrong, you risk losing both your item and your money because they simply do not handle disputes fairly. I followed all their rules, provided all the proof, and still ended up with a completely unfair resolution where the buyer got to keep my item for free. This platform is not trustworthy. Please save yourself the headache and take your transactions elsewhere.
I am still waiting for a refund of 2 657.98 DKK that has not reached my account. Vinted is asking me to prove I haven’t been refunded—when it is clearly their responsibility to either refund me or show proof that the money was sent. They are holding my money, not the other way around. I have checked with my bank and i was told that there is no refund from vinted From my experience, Vinted might be okay for small purchases under 200DKK, but anything larger comes with delays, poor customer service, and a real risk of running into scammers.
