Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled. However, I received very good and early confirmation about this from Virgin through an email. The email I received confused me slightly with the validity of my ticket now. I contacted Virgin customer services and Lynn M responded promptly with a detailed response. I didn’t fully understand the original response but Lynn M was again prompt with her reply and confirmed the validity of my Virgin flight voucher going forward. Thank you Lynn M!
I have been waiting for TWO YEARS for this balloon flight, I was supposed to be proposing to my girlfriend on her 50th birthday and every time we book it they cancel it. They use 'safety' as an excuse every time.I swear if a squirrel farts its too much wind, if a single drop of rain happens a week in advance its going to cancel.I'm sick of it!They wont refund until its been cancelled ten thousand times so seriously DONT BOTHER
We flew with Russell Collins in Warwickshire. An incredible experience and I loved every minute of it!! Cancelled twice due to winds which is fine as we want to be safe. When it did go ahead Russell, Chris and Swanny took wonderful care of us every step of the way. I would highly recommend 🤩
Just filled all the ticks of a bucket list!Thank you to the team for making our trip of a lifetime so memorable. Being able to help set up and pack up this exceptionally slick operation is all part of the experience. The crew were friendly and amazing and very calming but professional. Everything was explained before it happened and what to expect. We both loved it so much! Anyone thinking about it.....just do it! Life is far too short for procrastination!
My daughter and I took this flight this morning at Hanging Houghton and it was absolutely breathtaking, the pilot Peter Philpott and his crew went above and beyond to assist us. I was able to scatter petals for my mum on her 4th anniversary of passing , she always wanted to fly in a balloon and sadly never had the opportunity to. Thank you guys you made my birthday today extra special ❤️
