Review Time
Would love to give a positive review but not flown yet. Was In the lake district when it was cancelled again and it was a beautiful day and forecast was excellent. So after 5 cancellations we have no faith in virgin baloons and Insult to injury, no refunds given. When we phoned the gentleman seemed disinterested.So will probably change to another virgin experiance.Christmas present for wife Christmas 2023.
Efficient company from start to finish.Nobbie- our pilot is extremely experienced and professional and inclusive and courteous together with his team.Clear instructions, throughout. Any fears you have were soon squashed.Misty start but above the clouds is breathtaking. Perfect day. Take photos but don't miss just looking because time goes so quick.Landing was graceful in a field near where I live of all places!Just received a group Virgin Balloons picture also good.Proseco afterwards and there is a reason for that. Want to find out why? Well you will have to go up with Virgin to find out! Go on, give it a go!
Amazing amazing amazing!!!It was an early morning flight. Extra especial with the sunrise!Matt Rate and his crew Martin and John were so instantly friendly which helps when you’re on your own. Matt was very conscientious about safety and ensured everyone knew the rules to stay safe around the balloon and basket when they were on the ground prior to take off, during the flight and post flight. He was very attentive, answering questions and pointing out landmarks when we were in flight. Martin was a welcome sight when he brought the basket of metal goblets and cold drinks (Prosecco and orange juice) after the balloon was packed away. It’s incredible how much balloon there was to put away! Hot work as the temperature soared. And I have trouble packing away a sleeping bag! It was a wonderful experience with very friendly strangers. Definitely a plus. I would highly recommend it!
Amazing flight. Couldn't ask for a better experience.Admittedly, booking was a hassle (successful on the 6th attempt) however, the experience proved worth it.Justin And Stewart were amazing and flying over Hertfordshire was surreal.
