I emailed Virgin Balloon Flights with a query regarding wheelchair access Balloon flights. I received a prompt reply from Ravi at the customer service team. I have to say despite not supplying wheelchair access flights themselves Ravi replied to my email empathetically and recommended another company who specialise in this type of Balloon Flight which was very much appreciated. There are so many negative reviews about a companies customer service (many of which are fully justified) it is so heart warming to be able to give a review recognising Ravi for going above and beyond the normal levels of customer service. The company is real quality. I contacted the company 2 days after my flight voucher expired (I was unable to use it earlier due to a bereavement and other circumstances). Without any questions, or any hassle, Jean Timon extended it for an unexpected 6 months to give me enough time to sort myself out so I don't feel rushed or stressed to rebook. Excellent customer service from a first class company. I'm so glad my husband booked this voucher with the company directly, rather than a cheaper third party provider. I always get great service from all the company's employees!Well done!
I wanted to extend my expiry date to accommodate a flight in June and Virgin was able to extend this without a fee due to us missing a number of previously booked flights due to cancellation. Ravi was most kind in waiving the extension fee because of this.
