Appalling

I'd list everything but a lot of it's already been said. Suffice it to say that despite endless meetings Vistry don't fulfil their promises and quite frankly I worry our new-build flat has been built from Lego, given the number of issues in the first 6 months. I can't even get hold of them to report urgent issues and emails go unanswered. Rubbish. Don't do it!

House of Horror Please think carefully and don’t sign off anything with the renamed Bovis/Linden homes.Contractors not qualified to do the jobs.Gardens that flood Uneven floors Leaks from bad pluming and missing parts Windows incorrectly fitted Front doors that leakStaircases loose Internal doors rattle set too high Infestation in loft Cheap flooring Rubble left under flooringOne coat of paintBubbles in gloss Decorating chalk filling gaps everywhere Chipped tiles Porch dropped and put upWith corner missing Expect the garage to leak Fence posts not cemented in properly Bounders incorrect on the land registry Don’t think about having a holiday as your annual leave will be used up by their contractors If you like DIY or want a project then these are the houses for you just make sure that you set aside a lot of money to get that dream home you imagined Expect to pay £200 plus per hour for any legal help These cowboys sale you the dream but REMEMBER they also expect you to pay them and get permission to change anything on your home!! One Star is more than they deserve
