Stripping areas of their assets / resources. Tollerton Airfield provides an area for the people of Nottingham to learn to fly. It provides business / employment for local people. It provides a free place for children to explore with parents whilst allowing their imagination and future prospects to be nourished. Building on Tollerton will not only strip the local population from a vital current and future asset but also that of the wider UK. Vistry group have a moral responsibility to protect these assets and not be building on these sites. Closing business to create a better planning application is morally wrong and will not benefit the local population. Your replies to these messages are very generic and don’t address the issues at hand. Regardless of if this was your plan to do this build, the fact that you ever had the intention to take this action when you purchased the airfield is simply wrong and you should be ashamed of your actions! Pick better sites and those that have little impact on the UK and its local residence! Airfields are vital uk assets that once you destroy are not replaced and need protecting for current and future generational use. There is lots of opposition to this plan and it is growing as more become aware of your intentions .

I have a Bovis home that had several issues when new. Most recently, I have been impressed with the customer service from Vistry. My home is under the Vistry Northern Home Counties region and I have dealt directly with Mandy and Sandra Washbrook who have always taken time to help. Their responses have always been professional and issues are resolved quickly.
Absolute joke of a company! Worst property decision ever made.We were rushed into a property so targets could be hit before Christmas 2022 - Almost 3yrs later we are still working through the snag list of defects, which topped 9 pages of A4, followed by a further 162 picked up by an independent snagger 2yrs after they had supposedly put things right.Upon getting the keys we were greeted to filthy floors and carpets as workers were allowed to enter the property with their work boots on, straight from the site, in an attempt to get the house ready. It should be noted that the house was a bare shell but within 3 weeks they managed to turn it around and hand me the keys. Kitchen units were fitted to onto wet plaster, so within weeks cupboards were mouldy, all hinges were were covered in gloss, the house had been sprayed with emulsion and so had every light fitting including the upgraded spot lights, the stopcock valve had leaked and blown the kitchen units (this was known but they thought it best not to tell me and allowed us to find that out) and extras which were paid for were missing! There is more but the overall workmanship was awful.Having trades attend the house and say ‘they have never seen plastering this bad’ and ‘we were told to throw this house up’ paint a picture of what this company is like and their morals.That said there are some good people who work for Linden/Vistry, who have listened and tried to put things right.Would I buy another Vistry home, NO! Would I give Vistry 1 Star - NO in reality they deserve 0, but the minimum on here is 1, so it’s given by default rather than earned!
They can't fit windows or electrics. Fixed fuses blown in kitchen. UPVC door and windows have dropped because they were not packed properly. They must be cheap because big companies still give them work so unsuspecting tenants will end up living in their bodged up houses.
