Received first shipment of 3 Albums, all old artist or not ever heard of,They so far have FAILED to follow my preferences of music.VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS TIME,will give them one more opportunity to Do the Right Thing.

Sold me on a $14 a month subscription. Takes 2+ months to even receive anything after they bill you. And what they send you is mostly garbage, not even close to what you curated. After almost a year I only received 1 record I enjoyed. And you can’t cancel your subscription unless you call a number but they don’t even have a hold option so you have to call back repeatedly. Don’t not use this company unless you like getting awful vinyl. Hopefully they see these reviews and get there act together. Until then I highly DON’T recommend this site!

Never received any product after more than 2 months. Never received any follow up emails from customer service. It is not possible to speak to a person.This is a scam. Had to dispute charges with credit card company to get my refund.

I got this for a gift on Christmas yet I have been stuck in a membership for months and still have not received the package (the source seemed scant to begin with). It is utterly ridiculous that something can be such a clear sellout that is not truly passionate about getting people the products they want. You'd figure something that functions so easily in buying would be just as easy to cancel, yet you must call in to cancel and majority of the time they are not even taking the phone during the business hours. Spend your money elsewhere.

Waste of money with do many other…

Waste of money with do many other record subscriptions out there. Customer service is non existent, monthly selections straight out of a bargain bin and when asked to actually send music I like was told we are a music discovery service. If that isn't bad enough no refund policy so once they get your money your ruined. The records are so bad I tried bring ten months of records (30) to the local pawn shops and couldn't get a $1 a record. Buyer please beware

Is a total rip off

Is a total rip off. They still owe me two records. Instead of sending me my records the cancelled my subscription and stiffed me on two of them. Don’t join or buy from them!!!

One of the worst experiences I've had purchasing something online

I signed up for their album curating service and never received anything after over a month now since placing my order. No one ever answers their customer service number and it takes you directly to an answering machine that has a full inbox. Good luck trying to get someone to respond to you via email too. When they finally do they tell you curating takes up to "4 business weeks" whatever that means, despite their website saying it only takes 2-3 weeks for them to ship your order. There are much better vinyl curating services out there, avoid this scam company.

Waste of Money, horrible curation service

I got a record player as a birthday gift and thought their subscription service would be a fun way to learn of some new artists and grow my record collection. Their "curation" service is a joke. 40% or more of the albums Ive received dont fit in my music style even slightly and I am debating throwing in the trash because they are so awful. Along with this, the records show up sporadically, never on time, and the company themselves are almost impossible to reach. I wish I had cancelled my auto renew before I got locked into another year of crap.

Horrible Experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your time or money. My daughter, 15, received this as a gift and was so excited. She received 3 of the worst records I have heard in my life, and I grew up in the early 80’s which says a lot. Customer service, I’m sorry, I mean “Customer success” as they call it, is useless and claims their curators are doing their job. My daughter was so excited to start her vinyl collection, they did a good job bursting her bubble. You should be ashamed!

one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, when you call 877-777-6380 it never goes to a human they tell you they are busy and to email them. making it impossible to cancel , and i have written several emails with no reply
