I chose 1 star cause I had to. This company is a joke! The same 20ish records to choose from every single day. It rarely ever changes. 98% aren’t even popular artists! Trying to get anyone to answer a call or email is so bad. They never do. Unless you write a complaint to the better business bureau. Then you get answered, only for them to say they don’t have the items you ordered 3 months ago in stock. I’d stay far away from this place!!! Once they get your money, good luck getting it back. They refuse to do refunds and will give you store credit. Then you never get any new choices or anything you may want.
One star is too much. Where do I start! Good lord the website is a mess. They won't send you anything until you pick your "vibe" but that takes forever. They still owe me for two orders. Its been 5 months. You call, email, they act like your wasting their time. I'm told my order is processing but the company the get their albums from is under a contract dispute. I don't care about that!! Run to the store by an album and ship it to me!!
This is a clever scheme to steal from people. They are just redistributing overstock albums. They sent me two albums that have zero to do with the music I listen to, told them I listen to. I have them access to my spotify and they took over a month to send me garbage. They did send a nice handwritten note that basically just reiterated the fact that they are connecting this with the thinnest threads. They can't say, " you like bands that have instruments so here's another band with instruments" so they give you some generic, vague comment instead. Waste of money. Do your own shopping.
The worst service I ever received from a business. I had a Monthly subscription and received my first order with no trouble. As of today, I am waiting on 4 x orders that date back to June the first email I got was "my order was lost in the curation process somewhere". I have tried countless times since to get answers and contact them but now am not receiving any response. DO NOT USE THIS SITEI have never experience a more disorganized service in my life.

As of December I am still waiting for order that I have placed in June.I have subscribed fora 3 months service and I am still waiting for 2 ordersAs of now they are not responding to my email.I suggest not to order from this place, this is a scam or a small business run by kids from dad garage. My wife signed me up for a promo membership for 3 months. It took forever to come. The second shipment was way off as far as my taste. I never received the third shipment, even after contacting them about it and having my account re-opened. They also charged me for a month before the end of my trial. They did refund that. I would not recommend this service.
I didn't receive a single package from them for 10 months because I did not select what "vibe" I wanted. They kept charging my account, however. When I called about a potential refund they could not issue one to me...only store credit for their tiny online record selection. If you do subscribe, be aware that you have to choose what "vibe" you want every month for your records to come, or they won't come at all.
I had gifted a year subscription to my significant other for Christmas of 2020. Over the year, we are missing 3 months worth of vinyls, one month they only sent us two vinyls when we were supposed to receive 3 and the card included talked about totally different vinyls. Customer service has been terrible to work with, actually to be more specific, they are unresponsive. My partner and I spent a lot of time building up Spotify and Discogs accounts for VNYL to use as a reference of the music we owned, our wishes, and what we were into, I felt that the vinyls sent indicated that this effort was a waste of time. Over an entire year of 3 vinyls a month, I would say that we appreciate the addition of 2-3 records to our collection from VNYL. Here is the last bit of information I would like to share, as I mentioned, I purchased an entire year's worth of 3/month VNYL subscription as a gift. When my significant other used his gift he was required to enter his credit card number. Now that the year is up, they have auto renewed his subscription even though he emailed their customer service ahead of time telling them that he was not happy with the service and wanted to cancel but couldn't find a way to cancel on their website. Once again, no response from VNYL, they charged his card and he is now disputing the charge with the credit company. I love the idea that VNYL markets, but using VNYL has been truly disappointing.
The records themselves aren't too terrible, but the customer service is extremely lackluster and has posed a massive problem for many, if not most people. I never had a ton of issues myself but it still did have a lot of issues for the time I used it.
