Horrible horrible horrible business I was gifted some vinyls and then all the sudden I'm subscribed they refused to refund me and even though I subscribe they still want $6 for shipping and handling and you cannot get a hold of customer service at all
Don't subscribe. It's expensive and takes forever to get your order unless you choose expedited shipping. It's all underground artists. If this is what you want then okay. However they give you a very limited selection of artists you have never heard of. They have a one page website and tell you to use spotify to tailor interests, but I never got that.
Do not use this company! They have stolen over $500 and I have received nothing. It has now been over a year since my order. They continued to charge my card and ignored all of my correspondence. I eventually had to cancel my card. This is a scam!!!
The music they sent was awful and not at all close to my tastes, about which they asked in a detailed profile. And the crummy albums arrived months after they were supposed to arrive. And even though my year subscription ended three months ago, they still have not sent me nine of the thirty-six LPs I ordered.Hmm, inferior product, poor service, and fails to follow through on their contract. In short, unless you enjoy wasting money, there is nothing to recommend this service.
Absolutely awful. Claims to link to your Spotify but then only has unrelated artists. I'm 3 months in and haven't received a single vinyl let alone 3 per month. No cancellation option besides calling. No answer. Just awful all around. Sh!t music selection. Sh!t product. Sh!t policies.
I have been subscribed since December of 2020 and they have only sent me one record. I made sure I had my records selected and my address was correct in my account, and nothing. When I try to contact them their phone is always busy, so I cannot cancel. I did the math and they have stolen $284 from me. If they do not get back to me soon I am going to tell my bank they are a scam and have them block them from taking money from me anymore. But I am waiting to do that because I want them to refund me my money.
if i could give 0 stars i would. i got a groupon deal and this is truly an awful service. the vinyls they supply are 90% from completely unknown artists which i do think is great that they're supporting but it also means that you don't actually get music that you would have bought otherwise although their advertisements show well known artists and well known albums. those albums are in actuality incredibly rare for VNYL to distribute to their customers. their customer service is quite honestly one of the worst i've ever experienced in my life. i had to argue for months over an order that was never delivered, which they confirmed by their own tracking information. not to mention they will charge you for an entire year without notice of the subscription renewal. its a great idea in theory but the way this company runs is awful. if you want a vinyl subscription service go with another/different one because this one is a headache and waste of money.
Insanely terrible, only gave 2 because I got 2 out of 9 records that I actually like. My last order I ordered in august and it didn’t come until October. After weeks of emailing them to cancel I finally threatened to open a dispute in BBB and they gave me a full refund. I didn’t read reviews first and I was swept in by their deceptive marketing. No you won’t get P!ATD like they put in their ads, you’ll get country music from a band with 10,000 listeners on Spotify after you put no country.
I made the mistake of not reading any reviews first. I can't add anything more to the negative reviews already given. Trying to cancel the membership is ridiculous; you're directed to a number to call. Upon calling, they ask you to leave a message. After leaving a message, you get no call-back, and the charges continue. I have had to go to my bank to dispute the monthly payment. As one review states, these guys are borderline scammers. Don't do it - they are awful.
I am disgusted with this company!!! My daughter was clearly taken advantage of by this company. Two years ago she recieved a box that was not only opened but the record itself was missing! They did not refund or resend her one so she canceled her subscription only to now learn she has been being charged very month for almost 2 years and not ever receiving any packages. They refused to refund her for this and said they could only refund the last 90 days! Pathetic!!! She is a young girl that I agree should have caught this sooner but their is no excuse for stealing from people. I tried calling to talk with someone but big surprise, no one is ever available. You bet I will be talking to someone to see what more we can do. Stealing is illegal.
