If it sounds too good to be true, it is. This is easily the worst vinyl subscription service. The whole premise is a straight lie. No integrity, no creativity, no worry. They send what they want and make up some half ass rain for what they sent. You can't return or exchange, either. It's like the reverse of city trash services. They bring you the trash instead of taking it and it's yours forever instead of forgotten about
I was given a gift for three months. They use your credit for future purchases for themselves. I cancelled. They billed me for 4 months, claiming gifts were auto renew. Do Not use them. This is a scam. I purchased nothing and they billed me $159.66. This was a gift like a gift card The vendor does not re bill it each month. Their records are people you never heard of and probably don't want to hear anyway. Instead of promoting their company thru gifts and having people renew on their own.. They rather steal your money rather than having you join them. They get the gold finger award for worst customer service ever. I received no refund.Do not use Vnyl they are a rip off!
Worst company ever. They literally just take your money every month and if you forget to get on their site and “pick your vibe” they ship nothing, collect your money and there is no way to see that money again. It’s a scam. Cancelling is impossible. I finally just signed up a cancelled card so they can’t take my money anymore
This started out as a great product. You pay for your membership, and then you pay for shipping. You get charged the membership fee no matter what. You only pay the shipping once they send your included albums. The problem is you have to remember to login and select a vibe before they ship anything. Once the reminder emails stop coming (I got them for 3 months and then they stopped) you're on your own.Cancelling is not possible. There is a number to call, which never connects. As a final negative point I can't currently login to the site because they've got an expired Google API call.Update 07/05/2023 - I emailed 06/12 requesting a cancellation and received a late reply (7 days?) stating my subscription had been cancelled. I was billed the 20th of every prior month and was not billed in June. It appears I am successfully unsubscribed. (hello @ vnyl . org)
AVOID THIS COMPANY, they have terrible costumer service I tried to cancel but the only way to is by calling a number and to people with anxiety calling somebody really isn’t the best option. I tried emailing them but after a day of emailing back and forth just to be told I don’t have an active membership when I can log into my account and they’ve taken money from me. They sell records nobody has even heard about and just isn’t even worth the amount of money it is.
I reviewed one of my credit card statements earlier this week. I found that for the past several months they have been charging me $40 a month, but haven't sent me any records in months! It's a rip off! I am going to report them to the better business bureau!
After YEARS of paying monthly because i couldn’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription, someone has finally listened and canceled my subscription. Went to make another attempt at reaching someone to see they’ve finally had enough of taking my money!!! Money I’ll never see again because they made it so impossible to speak to anyone. I’ll trash this company until the day i die
Absolute scam. My daughter started to sign up, never completed her subscription and they charged her. Can't get a person on the phone and they are "open" 4 hours a day. I have been emailing customer service with no success for over a week but I am convinced it is a bot not a person. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
A company passing cheap unheard of vinyls as curated and unique. I did my research, artists most likely give these vinyls away to this company as they are desperate for attention in the industry. Good for them, bad for customers. Avoid at all costs.
