Chuna had Great knowledge and was super helpful

We had an issue with our sub domain and DNS and CNAME. After 2 days of speaking to many different agents and technical support officers no one was able to solve our issues. And not only that, it caused our web site to crash for a few hours., I-18046183: Chuna Pagatpat took my call and was very knowledgeable and patient, she even took the extra miles to check the status of the issue and kept me informed at all time. I felt she was very support and knows what she is doing. Highly recommend and she deserved a 5 stars rating. She made our day as we couldn't connect our sub domain and we have a new page going live in a few days so it was an urgent matter.Thank you Chuna

Marion did a great job in manually…

Marion did a great job in manually updating our DNS records for us to complete a sender authentication required by our EDM provider. We couldn't do it on our own via the DNS editor tool, which Marion understood the task and resolved it for us.

Premium price VPS hosting without basic features

A very disappointing experience with their VPS hosting. Claiming to be the No 1 web hosting company in SG but their basic plan lacks some basic feature readily available in other web hosting company who charge much cheaper. And they don't provide you with a trial period, so once you have sign up, you are basically stuck with them for the contract period without any way out. Luckily for me, I only sign up with them for a year, must still have to bear with all the inconvenient of their very basic VPS hosting plan without a solution to improve user experience. So, please beware of what you are getting before signing up. Because I don't think they are listening to customer feedback.
