Have ordered my product 9 days ago. Havent recieved any shipment details, contacted support 3 time and still have no answer as to when they will even ship my order. customer support says "more than 15 minutes" might aswel say "more than 9 days". Still waiting for a reply. There is no indication on the site orders should be delayed. Severely dissapointed.
Honestly an amazing company with the right intentions of creating products to make juggling the many electronics we come in contact with day to day. Im glad i gave them a chance and its by far the only product for charging i have daily driven. It has been great for long trips and not to mention how adaptable it is to friend and family. No more swapping the charging cable when one kind handles it all. I have been using their products since 2020 and the Spark is by far one of the best things they have made.
I've bought and used a number of Volta products over the years, and while I've had the occasional issue, the company and the owner in particular, has been good at making sure they're resolved. This week they did seem to be having some issues responding to their emails within a reasonable speed, but when I reached out to them via Facebook, the issue got sorted out quite quickly. I note another person complained that they were asked for a video of their fault, but given you could easily claim a product was dead when it wasn't and try and get a second one effectively for free, providing some verifiable evidence that the item is actually defective seems perfectly reasonable to me.
It took 2 months to receive my order, but what's more, the order was not complete, 4 cables missing... No one reacts on my e-mails, tried to contact them by 3 different e-mails and very politely asked what happened. Still haven't heard back. I am sorry it is like that, because I like the products and wanted to buy from them continuously. This experience truly tells me not to.
Have been using these products for a while now between Samsung and apple products. Purchased these particular ones as they worked with both apple CarPlay and android auto. Just got a new iPhone 15 pro max so ordered some new usb c tips. Of course they were out of stock so shipping delayed. However in the interim I checked and they DO NOT work with iPhone 15. I tried to cancel my order. Funny how fast things are sent when you try and cancel. Sent multiple emails with no answer. Don’t waste your money on these products. The cables start as fast charge, but that does not last long and they start working intermittently. Very expensive for poor quality and customer service.
Had to cancel and place a new order because I made a mistake, buying the 60W and 100W cable just to realize that the tips are incomplete. After less than 12 hours or so the order was cancelled by the support and the money was instantly transferred back to my paypal account. And he send me a nice Mail too.Great support, I gladly write a positive review 👍🏼PS: I’m not a bot. Just not toxic on the internet and in a good mood 😉
