I placed the order 22 days ago. Still nothing.I guess I lost $95.90.After reading the latest reviews, it comforts me I'm not the only one who got scammed.EDIT: I finally received the product, it looks great. It was supposed to be a gift for Christmas but instead I'm going to use it.
I bought 2 sets of cables that arrived really fast from the day they were shipped, Premium quality, fast charging and the magnet is really great.Made me buy another set and a power bank due to their awsome product! 5/5 will buy again.

I placed an order for the Volta MAX 240W Cable on November 29, 2024, and paid $42.50. According to their website, Volta Charge Pty Ltd promises expedited shipping within 2-3 business days for U.S. orders only. Moreover, their website explicitly states that they offer expedited shipping, and one of their agents also confirmed this via communication. The email invoice I received stated 3-7 business days. It's been over 25 days, and I haven't received my order.The CEO claimed that the product was a preorder item, contradicting the information on the product page, which stated 'First Batch Shipping in December. Order and get yours.' The email invoice also failed to mention that it was a preorder item.A clear preorder label typically includes language such as 'Preorder now,' 'Expected shipping date: [insert date],' 'This item is not yet available,' or 'Ships in [insert timeframe].' The product page and invoice lacked clear labeling, leading me to believe the product was available for shipping.Furthermore, the CEO's communication contradicted the promises made by their agent. Initially, I was promised expedited shipping, but the CEO later informed me that they were waiting for a shipment from China, expected to arrive on December 16th, and requested an additional 5 business days to fulfill my order. I granted this request, but unfortunately, I haven’t received my order.The lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and unmet promises from Volta Charge Pty Ltd have been frustrating. Despite assurances, the company failed to meet its promised shipping timeframe.As a customer, I expect timely delivery, clear communication, and transparency about product availability. Unfortunately, Volta Charge Pty Ltd has fallen short of these expectations.Due to my disappointing experience, I would caution others against ordering from this company. The CEO claimed that I was aware of the preorder status and the potential delays, but this information was not clearly stated on the product page or invoice.Furthermore, the CEO's tone was condescending and unapologetic. He seemed more concerned with silencing me than addressing the legitimate issues with their business practices.Notably, I received an order confirmation email dated November 29th, which mentioned November 30th in the body. However, this email did not provide clear indication of preorder status or delays.The fact that they refunded my order does not make up for the poor communication, dishonest marketing, and unprofessional behavior. I would advise others to avoid Volta Charge Pty Ltd at all costs.
I waited for 24 days for them to ship my order, just 1 cable, and not only they changed shipping date 3 times, at the end of it they stopped responding to any emails. Completely irrensponsible service.UPD:Replying to their reply. They contacted me a few hours ago saying that the product is still on the way and probably will arrive next week. Now they are saying they already have it.As for the "pre-order" label, I haven't seen it anywhere in November, it's a very vague single label that says "get it in December", which is obvious if I order on the last day on November, no? It doesn't say "pre-order" anywhere on the product page, payment page, or invoice.
Fantastic Products all around.Have been with VOLTA for quite a while now, initially through their Spark magnetic cables. I also have the Anchor wireless charger and the portable power bank. Their customer service is fantastic and they create high quality products, hence I’ve stuck with them
After seeing their advertisement and endorsement on linus tech tips, I decided to try them several years ago. I keep buying more! Although the magnetic connection isn't going to be suitable for every application, they are wonderful for charging phones and laptops, airpods and kindles, headphones etc. My favorite use is for connecting to android auto.
Backed their cable first back in 2018 on Kickstarter, didn't regret it. Back then it was innovative and then they kept fine tuning it. Since them they have more products also. For a while i didn't follow them but they got my attention again with their new Volta Max cable, waiting for it to arrive atm., but i have good hopes. They always keep pushing forward and that's always a good sign of a brand. They are also friendly and kind. Personally i had good experience with the customer support, my cable broke on me and they shipped a new one for free. Not to mention they are supporting those in need, so your purchases also goes for a good cause. Keep up the good work guys! ✌️
By far the best cables and power bank I have ever bought - and I’ve been through many! I started with the Volta 2.0 then upgraded to the Spark and now waiting on the next gen cables. Customer service is second to none and you really feel like you’re getting personal service. Can’t recommend them enough. If you are hesitating then I truly recommend taking the plunge - you won’t be disappointed!
