What customer service?

I purchased some cables and they were not suitable to my needs. I requested a refund which i received. I then sent the goods back to them. I received those goods back about 9 months later (parcel not picked up). I contacted Volta Charger and told them I had their goods. They asked me to get a quote to send to US. I did. That was too expensive so was asked to post to an Australian address and was assured the postage would be refunded. It is now a month later and they keep saying it will be refunded but I havent received anything. This is over $14.50. I should have not told them and they wouldnt have been any wiser. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Rough start, smooth finish

I had a bit of an issue getting my charger in the beginning, slight delay. After about a month something happened and the cord stopped working. Not only did they replace it but also threw in a couple more USB c tips. I would say a great company, that actually cares about the quality of their product, and the reputation they uphold. Hands down would recommend giving them a try

200W Giga Charger order issues

I ordered the 200W GaN charger since April of this year (2023) and have not gotten my product yet. It hasn’t even been shipped… They prioritized USA, so I asked them what happened with my order and they told me they were sorry but it hasn’t been fulfilled. And now I get an email telling me they got MORE problems with production and they offer me a $10 in store coupon… For Christ sake, I order from them in huge batches since I live in Mexico City and it is a complicated delivery system, I won’t be using this coupon anytime soon.

This company makes awesome cables BUT

This company makes awesome cables, I love them. The cross-compatability is really good. I can use the same cable for my phone (Type-C) and bluetooth speaker (Mini USB).Why am I giving this a 3?Well I ordered twice from Volta, I ordered more of the same cables. While both cables work really good, they work different. First shipment's cables has that if plug in the cable and begin charge something, the blue light on cable comes on. For the second shipment, the same blue light comes on when you just plug the cable into anything, without anything connected or charging.I can't see any reason why they would change this post launch.

This company is selling the cables …

This company is selling the cables of charging devices with a masking word. Why did I referring to when I bought this cable they said cable only but logically if you want to sell the cable the tip or the magnitude you assuming that is with it I just got it and we have the magnetic tip came I rode the company and they told me that they specifically wrote cable only how people will buy including myself something that you see in other companies that you pay the price for whatever is the cost for the cable and activities included so when you get these nasty surprise that you got it cable but another tip obviously they know already in advance that you going to be calling or you're going to be email them about the tip and now they want extra money or extra charge for it to me that's what masking don't do that to people because when you like to people or mask in the world so they will say legally oh well he says cable only but you know very well when people buy cables like that they know they assume that the tip is automatically come with it because how are you going to buy a cable that doesn't work or the tip is not come with it doesn't make any sense.
