My husband and I have purchased products from Volta (tips, 200W GAN charger, PD cables, 2.0 cables) on at least 4 occasions throughout 2023 and we can without a doubt say that Volta consistently offers reliable high-quality products - hands down! Towards the end of 2023 two of my orders were significantly delayed, which, to be fair, was communicated on their website (due to high demand). Due to the nature of my delivery, I contact Volta and once prompted the team frequently and transparently updated me on the progress from the factory QA and warehouse restocking stages all the way to order fulfillment/shipment. As customers we are disappointed when orders are delayed but I must be honest and say kudos to the Volta team for how they handled the situation. I would 10/10 recommend Volta and will continue to support them - great product and down-to-earth team
I have been dealing with Volta from the inception of their first sales of products on indiegogo a few years ago, I can say one thing about this company and its CEO; they astride to insure their customers great support from communication and replacement of faulty equipment. The amount of items i have purchased from Volta over the years has done nothing but given me permanent reassurance that quality of service and product is of a high priority to them. I love their products and look forward to their future projects as huge tech enthusiast and innovation lover. Thanks for the years of consistency Volta and Adedeyo.
I’ve used Volta for a few years now mainly for my iPhone in my car as I was fed replacing my cable every few months. They’re definitely worth it, I do have to change the lighting tip every 6 months or so (mainly as it gets dirty / worn) but replacing those costs nothing compared to having to buy new cable. Their dispatch and delivery is usually really quick and I receive my orders within a week. My latest order which I made on Black Friday is still yet to be dispatched but I contacted Volta today to check and it’s being sent this weekend. Their customer service is very good, I purchased some right angle cables and one of those wouldn’t work in my car with apple play (usually this happens with normal cables when they’re breaking) - I just needed to send a video of it not working and they sent me a new one. At the time I needed some more cables so I ordered those and they send those out with my replacement so there was no delivery charge. I also have the Anchor 3-1 charging station, it’s great at charging my apple devices and I’ve just ordered a new one as my partner keeps stealing mine!All round, a really good company, great customer service and their cables are a good investment!
While they aren't the cheapest option in Europe - nope, not even close - since they don't offer delivery from EU Warehouse delivery, their products are superb and their costumer support ain't bad either. I once had a problem during placing an order and got it resolved satisfactory. I've also supported their Indiegogo campaign and despite making an error (buying two perks and forgetting about one of them) I got my refund for it promptly, despite missing the IndeieGoGo refund deadline.Will definately continue to support them in the future.
Rubbish company with very poor customer service. Said they 'contacted" me within 24 hours. Yes they did, an auto reply with no follow up for over another week. But during that time I still received six more of their selling emails. Now I have to send them photos or a video, don't they have photos & videos of their own shoddy products? I can not be bothered "shooting" a video. The blue light on the charger is on but it does NOT work. What difference is a photo or video of that going to make? More stalling tactics, hoping you will just give up & throw their rubbish away. All the while they continue to pour out more spam, trying to encourage us to buy more of their crap products.
I bought from them before a couple of times, there were always hiccups but they were alright in the past.They have yet to ship my latest order, a month and a half passed since I ordered a few cable tips. Safe to say I will not be getting my order this year, if ever. I wrote to support, took them over a week to reply and they assured me I'll get the package this week, yet the order is still not shipped to this day.Since I ordered I periodically checked the website, the products appear to all be in stock and they continue to have deals, yet they do not ship out older existing orders.EDIT: I have seen your reply with the lost to sea. There has been NO reach out from support to me explaining this. To the contrary, I have sent 3 or 4 messages to support, in different weeks, from different emails, even from the website form and I was answered only once, saying that the order will be shipped "next week" (2 months ago).EDIT #2: I have since been contacted by the owner saying that they are short on the tips I ordered, but he can make it up to me by sending me 2 cables which contain tips instead. I accepted the offer, they got to me in about 2 weeks or so. Moreover, they sent 3 cables each with magnetic tips. The customer support also replied, suddenly very helpful and responsive.Now this is not the first time that things move incredibly slow. If it was, I would have given them the benefit of the doubt. I can't understand how for almost half a year I haven't been replied to, then after I do a chargeback and I write a negative review I suddenly get contacted.The quality of the products are really good, if only the support & interactions were half as good as the quality...
