Quality. Volta 2.0 USBA cables were obviously designed from the beginning to last. No exceptions. Funny how they outlast cables from tier1 companies that manufacture the actual devices. But technology moves on, and phones are able to charge themselves in under an hour with supercharging. Enter Volta Spark. "Smart" cables that both supercharge when it knows the device accepts it and also slow charges older devices using micro usb without burning out or shorting out a device. Too bad my cables and tips decided to run away with the friends phones when they found out about supercharging. Ok Volta, I'm hooked. Volta Max it is, don't you dare skimp on quality just because they are complaining about the price. Its the internet, that's what a comment section is for, complaining. Keep it up. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's funny how your competitors can't catch up, even now...why? Quality.
Most of these magnetic cables feel like toys, but the Volta Max is actually built for heavy daily abuse. I use it in my workshop and on the road. The TPE braiding is tough and doesn't fray even after being shoved into my bag a thousand times. Pairing it with the Giga Charger for that 90-minute recharge is a total game changer for my workflow.
Awful customer service and faulty MAX cables. I was happy to kick in via Kickstarter knowing the product might be imperfect or delayed. It was both. But the customer service has been awful. The charger was not delivered according to instructions and was left in the rain. The USB end of the cable broke off before I could even start. They replied to my first email (my tone: polite but disappointed, def not rude) and then just stopped replying when it got too hard.
Volta has now quick customerservice and you can always reach the owner. I just got my Volta Max powerbank and it works perfectly. Still waiting for the cables since they have to come from another hub but had a good experience and quick response from Adedayo, the owner himself explaing what was happening with the hubs and stuff. Would order again
I have been a customer with Volta for 5 years now.I got the 2.0 cables, and they still work awesome!I have backed them to get the new Volta Max cable through kickstarter, and even though there have been a lot of issues with them getting the cables shipped to their hubs, I got the new version of the cable, I can honestly say they are freaking awesome! Fast data transfer speed and super fast charging!I cannot recommend this company enough!I had some faulty cables (that's what can happen when you are a early backer of a product), but Adedayo have been more than happy to replace them with no cost to me. So even the customer service is top notch.
I pledged to support the Volta Max on K8ckstarter. Volta has been very easy to work with. They have been transparent about both good and not so good news. The thing that impressed me the most is that during fulfillment, a 125% was imposed and Volta absorbed it instead of charging me.That's the sign of a great company.

The cables are very durable and the magnetic tips are extremely convenient.Support has been great and the owner is very transparent on social media platforms and discord.Highly recommend volta both as a product and as a trustworthy company.
Very caring staff who reply quickly if you have any concerns. I've had some minor issues with parts. As soon as I sent them videos of the parts not functioning, they took my concerns seriously and sent replacement parts quickly. You can tell they're a company that cares. The actual components are brilliant and charge at the wattages they promise. I'm very glad to have them. The magnetic aspect is genuinely very strong too. Certainly a worthwhile purchase.
