Ordered wrong EV charger. Phoned, no problem. Bought correct item.Returned original item by recorded delivery costing £20.Have had to ring daily for weeks to get refund of £189.Eventually got refund after contacting credit card company.By all means buy from here but be prepared to beg if you need a refund for any reason
Vorsprung Ev cable stopped working after 18 months. When I made contact to see how they could help I was just told it was out of warranty and they suggested I contacted an electrician which I did but they couldn’t fix it. I would not purchase anything from them again and highly recommend you do not either.
Had car cover from here that was missing part's. Did put a review on here and had phone calls from company have to say really nice person phone me and sent replacement cover that was spot on and fit's really good. Thank you so much yes I would recommend this company.
Im a researcher and it drives me mad! Eventually i decided on the tetherd Dark Knight and im glad i did, Sparky said easy to install and it looks great with its LCD Display giving you some interesting info, loved the fact they have a London based office so ringing Customer Service regading the App was a doddle and got me sorted within 10 mins, thanks Vorsprung i would highly recommend!
I have been one of Vorsprung’s top customers for fitting Ev chargers. However, the latest model is cheaply made and caused a lot of headache for me and my customer. The customer service has gone appalling since Wass left and I will no longer be using this company going forward
