Review Time
So far so good...Tried to order a charger from Vorsprung that appeared to be out of stock so opted for a different option. Messaged the customer service team on WhatsApp and they informed me it wasn't out of stock (appears to be an issue with my Web browser) and they have changed my order to the original EV charger I wanted! Great customer service so far, let's hope the charging experience matches when it arrives!
Over 4 weeks ago, I placed an order that I still have not received. When I contacted the courier "Enri" for an update, they informed me that the item had been lost in their system. After I provided the details to Vorsprung, they claimed my email looked "dodgy" and refused to issue a refund until I received the item. They stated I would then need approval from their management team for a refund, at which point they would provide a shipping label - but I would have to cover the return costs myself. It's now been 5 weeks, and I'm out £350 with no charger and no effort from the company to reimburse me. I strongly advise avoiding this business.
Updating the review I posted earlier last month about my vorsprung charger not working any way I had another company fit a new charger and when they took the vorsprung charger off the wall they found that the wires had melted inside the charger and they said that I was very lucky that the charger did not set on fire as there was no internal breaker and power was still being fed to the charger very dangerous. I told and sent photos to vorsprung who rang me saying that they would reimburse me but since then I have heard nothing from them and do not believe that I ever will. They do not want to give money back even though the charger was only 7 months old and also they were trying to get me to remove my previous post but I believe it’s my duty to protect people out there
Happy to answer urgent text help on Saturday and Sunday. Took a while to sort and I think Vorsprung could take a little time to expand their videos. They refer to the Vorsprung app which is now not available (use Smart Life) and the reset video doesn’t tell you to delete the EV from every device you previously used to connect.
Brought a vorsprung dark star ev charger worked fine for 7 months then suddenly stopped charging. I contacted vorsprung and they said I have to return it to be repaired so they said that I have to pay an electrician to disconnect it send it off when it comes back I have to pay an electrician again to have it reconnected. If anyone is going to buy an ev charger I would pay a bit extra and go elsewhere these people do not care if it stops working it just costs you more and they do not care.
