Extremely Disappointing Experience

If there was an option for negative stars, I would choose it, as this brand does not deserve even one star. I received a damaged waist trainer in an incomplete package. After raising my concerns, they offered a replacement, but I declined since the recipient had traveled. They instructed me to return the item upon receiving the replacement, which I did. It took them 7 to 10 days to acknowledge the return. I won't even discuss the long wait for my initial order. Now, almost two months later, after repeatedly requesting a refund, I'm just being passed around. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and am still waiting for a refund. Their customer support has been non-existent, showing no empathy or care whatsoever.

Regret Not Reading Reviews Before Purchase

I regret not reading reviews before making my purchase! I reached out during my vacation to replace a product that was too small, but a week has passed with no response. They even claimed that first-time buyers would receive a gift, but I received nothing 🤣🤣.

Order Placed on December 26 and Still Waiting

I placed my order on December 26 and still have not received shipping confirmation or an order update. The payment was deducted from my account, but contacting customer support has been incredibly frustrating! I've sent 7 emails with no response, and I'm losing interest in the order.

No Refunds or Exchanges & Received a Used Product

This is a caution ⚠️. MAKE SURE TO READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER! I ordered two items in mid-December, one with a bra and one without, and received them at the end of December. Due to an allergy to the fabric, I reached out via email more than 10 times seeking a refund for an unused product that was only opened. It took weeks for the company to respond. They instructed me to return the item and email them the receipt with the tracking number, which I did. I also requested to cancel the other order due to my allergic reaction. They informed me that the second order had already shipped. They promised to assist with a refund for the first order but stated they would uphold their return policy for the second, which claims no refunds for wrong sizes. I didn't order the wrong size; my allergy is the issue. I purchased another item that arrived used, complete with dog hair and sweat stains, and I have photos as proof. I inquired about exchanging it for a larger size (XL) for my niece's upcoming birthday, but have yet to receive a response. My friends and family were all eager to try it after me, but now, 127 out of 129 are no longer interested based on my experience. We had planned to start a support group to document our journeys together. This company is truly problematic and engages in poor business practices. To date, I have paid for an item I never received and for a contaminated item that was clearly used by someone else. Order at your own risk.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My order arrived on November 25, and after just a week of wear, the metal clip broke. Now, on December 12, I was told the return timeframe has passed, despite their 30-day money-back guarantee? They seem to rely on customers not reading reviews because they should be shut down. This is a huge mistake—don't buy! You will regret it, and then they mistakenly sent me a review request.

Don't Waste Your Time or Money

I bought their waist trainer and tried it on immediately. It felt secure, so I didn't need to return it right away since I was going on a trip. After starting their 30-day guarantee, I noticed the straps unhooked after an hour. I thought it was user error, but it happened again, so I contacted customer service, who suggested adjusting the straps. I sent photos as instructed, but was told I couldn't submit a replacement claim since it was beyond the 7-day window. They wouldn't replace their faulty product but offered me a new one at 50% off! So, they won't refund the defective item, and they want me to pay more for another? Ladies—BEWARE!

Faulty Product and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a waist trainer. It arrived quickly, but after only two wears, the strap broke. I expected it to last longer for the price. I contacted customer service with photos for a replacement and never received a response. Don't waste your money—shop elsewhere!

I Would Give Zero Stars if Possible

I would give zero stars if I could. I feel completely scammed. The toning cream I received was not what I ordered, and the sizes on their site were incorrect. I suspect they may be a knockoff site, so be cautious. Extremely disappointed 😞.
