Scam artists this company has taken over £280+ from me without a subscription and without me even accessing their app. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN They also refuse to refund you (states it in their t&c is all they say) even though they don’t give you the required information in line with the consumer Rights Act 2015
0 stars really This is a scam. I cancelled my subscription before the first month trial ended and unsubscribed from emails. Then noticed that 2 subsequent monthly payments of more than double that amount have been taken from my account. I advise others to check for ongoing payments and take appropriate action with your bank
I don’t know what this app has done, but I was charged four times the amount I actually selected. I only intended to pay $19, and somehow $99 was immediately deducted from my account without any prior confirmation or notice.This is extremely disturbing and unacceptable. I even emailed the support team, but there has been no response so far.Honestly, I don’t find this app helpful at all for $120 USD — it’s caused me more stress than benefit. I expect this issue to be resolved and refunded immediately.
No customer service joined the App last year and then didn't use. We had no reminder for renewal where the fee had increased and refuse to refund although we contacted as soon as we realised.This is obviously how they make there money.Please feel free to use my review on all media platforms.
Do NOT you this app! Paid for a 3 month subscription and was inundated with ads one after the other. Got that bill and then a $99 charge for their lifetime subscription that I dont recall doing. Will not offer a refund of any kind. Customer service was a no use.
