I thought I had signed up for one month…

I thought I had signed up for one month at £11 and now have another £24 taken this month. I am desperately trying to cancel my subscription as I only used one day and do not enjoy it. Any help would be appreciated . I have emailed customer support but don't even know if this is the correct avenue. So glad so many other people love it though.

They have taken £24.47 from my account today. I did not expect that as I have only just paid £11.99 for what I thought to be a one off payment. I have written to them and asked for a refund.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Signed up to a 1-month subscription and they automatically took further months payment directly from my card without asking if i wished to continue. A 1-month subscription should only be that.Read terms and conditions as it is difficult to cancel membership.

I am very disappointed in your walking yoga.You have taken 2 payments of my account.1st one for R132 and I received no yoga exercises from you.I did not subscribe as I didn’t receive my 1st one and now you have further deducted R578 this month and I have not subscribed to your yoga classes.I want both my subscriptions that I have paid deposited back into my account that you withdrew from immediately otherwise I will take this further as I think what you are doing to trusting people is unacceptable.Please could you send me a response as soon as possible.My first deduction was 27/01/25 and the next deduction 5/02/25 and no classes!!On top of everything I never subscribed and you have kept charging me totally unacceptable

Horrible app

Horrible app, I signed up for 1 week only, and then I got charged a lot of money and I don't even know why! No info saying the concept of the charge and unauthorized, THIS IS FRAUD!When a business takes your money without authorization is called THEFT!

Charged me anyway.

I explored the app and was drawn in via the quiz to determine how it could apply to me. After going further into the sign up, I chose not to join and backed out while deleting my entries from previous screens. I was billed anyway. As soon as I saw the billing, I contacted them to explain the error. They refused to credit my account even though I had not accessed the app. They said they stopped the continued monthly billing. We shall see. Meanwhile, I was charged $30 for a mistaken registration. Boo. What has happened to companies who do the right thing and make customers whole? Very disappointing.

Be aware of extra content sold to you in a flash!I chose walking yoga payment and clicked pay,, right away another screen popped up with the exact same amount and I thought my payment didn’t work so I clicked pay and was charged for an e book on sleep guide which I didn’t even know existed.Contacted them right away and told them this was a mistake and asked for a refund.Anyways talking with the customer service was useless as they said that sales are final!Very disappointing as I was planning to enjoy the app but this surprise ruined it!I paid double the price for one month subscription and extra content that is not useful to me.Also I made sure to email them and ask to stop the renewal of my subscription.Won’t trust them after this! Post reply, The Walking yoga team doesn’t care about this they just reply with this really nice words to cover the bad service they offer.

Absolutely terrible app

Absolutely terrible app. Doesn't work. Doesn't do what it shows on their app which is treadmill work outs. Basically you may as well put some quiet music on and go for a walk as thats all this app did! I even tried to get a refund after 10 mins as they said no. DO NOT INVESTAND TO ADD ON THEY SAY TO CONTACT THEM THEN THEY DO NOTHING!
