Let me be clear from the beginning. I have NOT subscribed. I almost selected the monthly plan but decided to check reviews first. I’ve previously lost over £350 to a fraudulent service after they accessed my account multiple times. This isn't just a review; it's a warning to potential subscribers and a suggestion to the company. Your website looks great, yet the reviews are alarming. If you had addressed the concerns raised in negative reviews, you would likely have more satisfied subscribers rather than unhappy customers who feel deceived. I almost joined. I read the reviews. I'm not joining. Think about that.
I wish I could put no stars.I rarely leave reviews - BUT I don't want anybody else to go through this.Do NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY.Its a scam - they sell an app for 12.99 which is no good at all. Rubbish. BUT - THE SCAM is they add a 176.99 subscription on that comes 6 months later. They will send you repeated auto emails saying you signed up for the add on app and used it, which i didn't - it is the biggest nightmare. I am now fighting for my money and getting legal support. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS APP. TOTAL SCAM - TOTAL NIGHTMARE - THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE GETTING THE SAME ISSUES.AVOID.
I signed up for a deal and purchased a 12-month subscription. When I realized that the plan didn't suit my needs, I canceled it months before it expired. I was shocked when my bank informed me today that they blocked a payment from the company for over Aus $300. I’ve now canceled my card to prevent this company from attempting any further unauthorized charges. This shouldn't have happened—please be cautious with this company.
