I didn't even want to give this 1 star. Please avoid and not fall into to the trap me and other customers have with the company Medical Score. This company's policies are extremely misleading and having signed up on a £4.89 month 'trial' of the Walking Yoga app I was then hit with £24.47 subscription fee. i thought i had cancelled and I accepted this as my error for not checking the renewal however they make it pretty difficult to cancel. After emailing customer services where you get the same copy paste response regarding subscription charges are outlined in our ts and cs and charges non refundable. My issue with this is you get no notification of up coming charge for you to opt out and cancel. From this discussion with the help team I understood then that my dealing with them were over my subscription cancelled and no further charges. HOWEVER. 5 months later I find a payment for £176.99 to Medical Score having emailed the customer service again, to my utter despair find out that apparently as part of the initial 'sign up' they 'offer' a trial period of an add-on app with the same auto renew policy. I was completely unaware of this and at no point have I received any indication of said offer or the linked app Mindway for me to opt out of and stop the £176.99 subscription! Its not an offer its another up sell/scam to ensure they get more money out of you before you have to write to then to cancel something you never willing signed up for! I have pointed this out but I am not holding out much hope of getting a refund given some of the other reviews :( This app and I would say any other associated Medical Score are an utter scam. I wouldn't even rate the content for a subscription fee either.

This is a scam. They included a free trial that was never activated! Then charged me over £200 for nothing. Apparently all wrapped up in terms and conditions, linked to another company. SCAM!

Been taking £24.99 out if my account without permission for months. There trial period is stated or outlined correctly. A big scam to get money off people. They can clearly see who is active . There excuse was iv recently renewed my subscription, I clearly have NOT .

I was charged $99.00 today - two days after a charge of $31.00 and a month to after a charge of $15. All UNAUTHORIZED. They did cancel a subscription I have NO recollection of making, but said they will not refund any.

Unauthorised CHARGES!!

Unauthorised CHARGES!!! BE AWARE OF THEIR AUTOMATIC CONVERSION TO CONTINUED SUBSCRIPTION. Not happy. I thought i was paying for a week subscription and before I knew it, they charged me again once that trial period was over. Contacted their support team who allowed me to cancel subscription from tge following month but refused to pay the amount they charged. Its their policy to trick people into buying this trial period & then converting that to automatic subscription. SHAME ON WALKING YOGA...
