Dear Walking Yoga Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration regarding unauthorized charges made to my account. I downloaded your app for testing purposes, and immediately, I was charged two separate amounts on the same day. I contacted you right away via email, requesting a cancellation of my membership and a refund for the charges. However, not only did I not receive a cancellation or refund, but the following month, I was charged double the amount.When I reached out via email again, I was told that I should have requested the cancellation 48 hours earlier and that no refund would be issued. If I had not followed up with you, I would have been charged again in March. I explicitly asked for my membership to be canceled, and yet you failed to act on that request.This is an unacceptable business practice. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charges and immediate cancellation of my membership. It is shocking that a company would behave in such an unethical manner.You have acted dishonestly, and I will not hesitate to report this issue to the appropriate authorities if this matter is not resolved promptly.Sincerely,Melike KonukYou do know my email address
I was surprised when I subscribed to Walking Yoga as there was a second app on there that I didn't order. I know I wouldn't have ordered it, not even by mistake. I contacted them about it to get a refund and they have a no refund policy. I can understand that for information apps but I DIDN'T ORDER IT! It was trickery and if you think you want to order this, be very careful they don't add other things to your order. You will not get your money back. To WY, Your reply is not needed as we have already communicated and you would not refund
Guys pls don’t fall for this. It’s a scam. I just enrolled myself for a week for 6$ and they put me on auto renewal without my knowledge and have deducted 62$ (31$ in Jan and 31$ in Feb)They don’t even allow you yo cancel the subscription. You have to write to them on their email which is unresponsive Beware it’s a SCAM!!!
Purchased a one month trial of this and have obviously been scammed into a monthly subscription which I didn’t agree to. Do not have anything to do with this company. Have just read several reviews all saying the same thing it was a one month trial not a lifetime subscription !!
I paid for what was advertised as '3 months trial'. After the three months a saw another payment for a further three months come out of my account.Apart from the email to confirm my first order and another email from PayPal to say a further 3 months payment was taken, there was no messages from this company to say they were charging again.When I appealed this the company shared a load of terms and conditions and documents ( funnily enough these weren't provided in an email with the order confirmation originally) and in the small print apparently they state they'll keep taking your money every 3 months? Without your knowing basically or reiterating to you at any point they will continue to do this.The app basically has a woman telling you how to walk out your front door, find a park and walk around it and breath. The yoga part is moving your arms around in different ways.Extremely bad app and even worse is the scam of repeatedly taking your money, which by the way, they will not give back to you.AVOID PLEASE!
Walking yoga is one of my favorites! An unparalleled experience is formed when committed movement , fresh air, and seasoned guidance are combined. For newbies and seasoned practitioners alike, the teachers make sure everyone feels at ease and part of the group . They are extremely supportive. It's an excellent way to strengthen the body , clear the mind, and reconnect with nature. A must-do for all who love yoga and the great outdoors !!!
Bought this app, reduced price, in December 2024. Full price charged to my account in March! Nowhere on the order email that they sent me does it say there will be more charges! It gives your order number and underneath CLEARLY says 3 month plan. I actually did not use the app, and had forgotten all about it till I was billed the full price. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky. It SHOULD tell you on the order email, that if you do not cancel it, you will be hit with the full price of the app at the end of the 3 months. Too much of this on the internet and these companies are proficient at what they do. So, do better! Make it clear on the order email that you will be making more charges on this app in 3 months time!
I tried this programme and enjoyed it but could not fit it in with my work so contacted the company to explain. They understood and cancelled my programme. One year on they decided to renew my programme without my consent and now refuse to reimburse me. Be very wary of this company.
