They deducted £176 from my account without consent on something I didn't order. They've sent me an email (10th October 2025 stating the product has stopped on 8th October 2025 and took the money from my account on 9th October. This is a scam and I consider them to be a bunch of charlatans. I'm approaching Google to get their app removed from their platform. I suggest anyone else affected do the same.
scam! be carefull they charge money whitout a subscription. Unauthorized charge of €211.I have got an email that my subscription has ended august 10. And in october they charge for another year: 211,49. Have send 300 emails. Keep getting the same bullshit answers. Its really upsetting en illegal what they do!
They are scamsters.Hook people in with a low 1 month trial fee and bury auto renewal details in the contract.They will not send you any emails or reminders to let you know that the 1 month trial is ending. Just hit you with a massive elevated fee and then refuse to refund or escalate the complaint.Buyer beware
