Just don’t do it! This company is also linked to Mindway and once you download it you are then responsible for subscription charges - even if you delete it! I have just been stung for £176.99, because I wasn’t savvy enough to read the small print. I looked at the app decided it wasn’t for me and deleted it! Six months later I have a £176.99 charge. I am retired, took early retirement to support elderly parents so can’t really afford this, I asked for my money back and get a response of ‘it said it in the T&Cs’. People step away from these money grabbing unethical people, especially if you have a mental health issue!!!
Purchase a free trial and did not cancel it in time and i paid the next charge as i missed the deadline. I have the cancel email with walking yoga stating that we would not get in future charges. Then 3 months later we get a charge for 219.99 and they now state that I also sign up for mindway. Which i have no idea what that is and still have cancel email. Now seeking advise on how to deal with a scamming company. They only make their money with scam. Please read the rest of review of how bad walking yoga as a company is before making a purchaseAgain what is mindway. Never sign up never used just scammed for the charge of it
SCAM SCAM SCAMPlease read the reviews begore you subscribe to them,they get you somehow to subscribe to Mindway app, as well ,then charge you £176.99 annual fee,when approached for refund they just say we got no refund policy!I bet they will reply to my review saying, get in touch so we can review your case individually ,just to say back,we have no refund policy!😁 Smart scammers
Not trusted. They sent me an email to say my account will be deactivated and unless I clicked on Reactivate.I didn't click anything yet 9hrs later, I received an email to say my account has been reactivated and asking me to confirm my email. What underhanded tactics are these
It’s an app that when I got the renewal charge through I immediately requested cancellation and a refund and have point blank been refused because their terms entitle them to charge people anyway - asking them to be just ans equitable does not seem to help - I also think their cancellation policy is not straight forward - if on the app one can cancel but if not one can only cancel if you email them. It would be nice if they send you messages saying your renewal is looming please cancel if you don’t use it or do not wish to continue - I never used it and also don’t remember signing up so lesson learned
Only steal your money. I wouldn't bother. They took €211.49 for me as apparently when I signed up for 1 month I also signed up for a yearly subscription. Absolutely ridiculous. They refuse to refund me, even though I didn't even use the app, not even for the 1st month as it is not worth it at all.
I had not been informed that the payment was due today as I had inly signed up for 1 week and found the site unhelpful. I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund but I have been told no refund. I see this is a common ocurrence with this site and wish I had read the reviews before signing up or I definitely would not have gone ahead with this scam. Diabolical customer service.
I subscribed to a month at a price of £15 per month. However after first month they have deducted £73 from my account without any reminder. What a fraudulent act. I won't mind if it was a deduction of 15 pounds but their subscription cannot cost me 73 pounds. I have already written to the customer service about it and waiting on the response. I will be reporting this company to my bank.
