STOP!! Read The Reviews Before Purchase

Same issue as nearly everyone else here with regards to cancellation. If you go through the ios app they make you email them to cancel. This is actually against Apple's T&Cs which read:"If the subscription is purchased inside the app through Apple's system, the app must allow easy cancellation through iOS, and cannot force the user to contact the company directly to cancel. Doing so would be against Apple’s guidelines and could result in the app being removed or rejected."When you email requesting a refund they will throw T&C's at you, DO NOT ACCEPT THIS, especially if you go through the ios app. Contact your card holder and raise a dispute, your card holder will probably have dealt with this company and other complaints before and they will refund your money, it will then be down to Walking Yoga to put a case against the dispute but from Apple's T&C's and the fact that they make it difficult to cancel through the app then chances are they will lose or accept the dispute.I raised a dispute and received my money back very quickly. If they were to put a cancellation button in through the app and it went through the Apple system then I have no doubt that this would actually improve the companies reviews and have more people using the app. Shame that they decide to make it difficult and hit you with the T&C's when you email which, is a disgraceful way of treating people.EDIT: Reply to the feedback from Walking Yoga below. When you purchase the app, it does not appear in the Apple Subscriptions on your ios device - Hence why you CANNOT cancel through there. Are you also not embarrassed at the number of reviews you are receiving regarding subscriptions? Rather than give the same response, why not add a cancellation button and resolve everyone's issue?

Read everything

I was fortunate enough to work with Nora, she responded to my email quickly. I didn't like the answer, but she delivered it in a way I knew she was not 'the enemy.' I would suggest you send a notice a week before renewal. I have now spent $273.03 for something I do not use.

Walking yoga

It was fairly easy and simple and did not confuse me. Hopefully I will not get nagged about extending my membership if I decide to stop.

Stay away from this SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I did a trial with WALKING YOGA and decided I did not like the app. Even though I did not want to sign up, they did an unauthorized deduction of $53.04 in July 2025. I complained and argued until they finally cancelled the deduction and refunded my money. I told them to cancel my membership and i never heard another word from them. But yesterday (Oct 13, 2025) out of the blue I got an alert from my Discover credit card that they had deducted another $53.04 from my account. I immediately called Discover to dispute it, but they said they are powerless on their end, and even though they could see I disputed, cancelled, and received a refund of the same amount back in July 2025, there was nothing I could do except contact the company. This scam company does not allow you to cancel yourso-called membership on their website or even on their app. They don't even have a phone number you can call. They say you MUST cancel via email. The problem is I did that last time but they still deducted another payment. They say it's not in their policy to alert you that they are about to take a payment from you, yet they somehow find the time to blitz you with emails when they want you to sign up. The minute I reached out via email they claimed that once they process the payment it's against their policy to give it back. Seems like all their policies benefit them and THEIR ENRICHMENT.I have reported them to my Attorney General and I encourage others who have been scammed to do the same. I will also report them to the FTC when they reopen.

Stay away from this site!!!!

I would warn anyone looking at this website, they have taken 176.00 pounds from my account. When I contacted them they have refused to refund this, even though I have no idea why they have taken this. When I gave them the details they requested for a refund they then required an ID number which they did not supply! All I can say is this is a scam and please do not click on anything, stay away from the site altogether.
