Too soon to tell

Too soon to tell. I just signed up today. But I’m very excited about the prospect I’m hoping to receive. What information will I receive that doesnt have a $$ sign in front of it. I was expecting tips on walking, maybe diet recipes and even at the least how many steps a day I should walk.

If I could give 0 I would

UPDATE: Mindway or whatever that thing is called , so apparently comes with Walking Yoga subscription, and cusomer service refuse to refund and stand behind the claims that they have that written when gou subscribe to their trial. Whic is not true . So I guess I will proceed first with bank and then report this scammers to police as well. Since there was no communication prior this charge and there was no written policy that customers can review . I’m not going to forget and forgive 318$CAD , as it’s not my fault. I’m very good with subscriptions and managing them but this one is scam. BEAWARE OF SCAM AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! I cancel trial period in April , and they charged me $300+ today . I done 7 days trial . In the email there was no mention of any 6 month trial subscription or whatsoever . I contacted their support on two email adress ( there is two!) and and Im waiting response on this . I paid with PayPal ( thank God) , if this nonsense is not resolved amicably and I don’t get my refund, I will forward this to police as as fraud/scam . As there was no prior notice of charges of + 300$CADIt’s another thing if you charge 20$ ish I would let it go. But this is not acceptable. Change your policy and make it more customer friendly.

Thieving scammers - reported to police

They are utter thieving scammers. My girlfriend cancelled her subscription in June (which they acknowledged) and has this week been hit with a whopping £176.99 in "renewal" fees. They are refusing to refund the money, which we need to live on. We are reporting them to the police and National Crime Agency. They signed her up to something called Mindway, which is what the charge came from and is NOT on the terms and conditions you receive when you initially sign up to Walking Yoga (I created an account to check this, didn't pay obviously) and nowhere is it mentioned that they will sign you up to Mindway. This is obviously a criminal matter.

£200 charge AFTER cancelling

UPDATE: Refund received after sending them screenshots of their own T&Cs, billing page and filming the entire process of signing up to walking yoga where there is ZERO mention of mindway and its fees. It’s not even ‘hidden’ it’s completely non existent. Their response to me below shows what a scam this is. They literally cannot uphold the below argument when the consumer is not made aware of charges and they don’t explicitly tell the consumer what they are signing up for. Do not give up demanding your refund if you’ve cancelled this app and had confirmation in writing. Absolutely disgusting practice from this company and their affiliated ‘mindway’. I cancelled my subscription to walking yoga in April, and have now been charged almost £200 for mindway, with the company stating it’s part of their t&cs, and were clear in my welcome email - which was conveniently never sent. When I cancelled walking yoga - six months ago - the company should’ve also cancelled any subscriptions they’d set up to mindway as per consumer and contract laws. I have now raised a dispute with my bank. I’ve emailed mindway/walking yoga so please do not reply to this with your stock response of ‘email us’ because the customer service has been poor.
