Walking Yoga and or Mindway is a dirty and unethical company. I signed up for a trial of Walking Yoga, the app is garbage. I contacted support to cancel before the period. However, automatically enrolled you into Mindway app which I never used, but they claimed I did. I got charged for 219.99 today, I cancelled the trial 6 months ago. Please avoid at all cost.
If I can rate this company I would rate it below ZERO! They charged my card without authorization even after already asking refund the very first month ago then suddenly they charge me $31. I have never used their app. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Please don’t be fooled! Do not download and do not try at all. Do not let your self be scammed!
If I could put a zero ! I would absolute scam. I have never even signed into the apps or used them yet they have stolen 176.99 from my account for a subscription I didn’t want , couldn’t have used as not what was potentially advertised.they even stated in the reply that a reminder was sent to me 7 days prior to renewal which is completely false and a lie. Disgusted that them blame you have to opt out that’s a a disgrace and a con.
Ohhhh so wish I had read reviews before I took out a one month trial stupid me. I was charged full price the following month emailed them straight away I didn’t even bother asking for a refund knowing full well the reply but I have cancelled my so called subscription that I wasn’t aware I had and no I didn’t read terms and conditions actually I didn’t even see them, but I’m sure they were there. Honestly I thought I was paying for one month trial end of! Stay clear guys you have been warned I’ll do some roaring at them if it’s not cancelled and they take funds next month again probably wise to contact my bank. Yeah it’s the likes of these that just I won’t say the word you off!!!!!!!
I would have given no stars if I could. When I signed up l, it was page after page of pushing sales at me. This is why I used the help button to cancel subscription within a few hours. I wasn’t expecting what I had already paid back but I certainly did not expect them to take another £24.45 out of my account this week. Emails back and forward and time wasting, they’ve refused to refund, saying if I don’t have the email, which I no longer have, they cannot refund. They have the proof though but I can’t prove this either. Shocking behaviour, please do not subscribe to this company they just want money, but don’t want to give in return. I have contacted my bank and they have refunded. They have this company on their radar due to the amount of complaints they have for the same reason. ****RE RESPONSE FROM WY****I cancelled within hours of subscribing and then you took more money 4 weeks later. I have spoken to customer services and still refuse to refund. Your response means nothing. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY.
Do not fall for the cheap trials. I thought I cancelled mine amd then they charged me on the same date I contacted them to say I didn't want it and thought id cancelled and they refused to refund but cancelled the subscription so charged me for something I don't want and cant use !!! Definitely a SCAM not a reputable company at all.
