Review Time
Thought I was trying it for a week .. the order number email .. didn't state at the end of the week I would be charged £24 .. when I was I queried it to be told its in the terms and conditions that you will need to cancel surely that should be evident in your first order email no these are hidden in the actual app. when they have taken the money there no follow up Email to tell you you have paid this amount and how long this lasts you for i only now know because i complained , refund refused but hey I can use the product to march cheers guys! This means this app is 24 a month .. like seriously ... you can get your broadband service for that.. feels like its designed to get you to fall into this trap and they enjoy all the lovely £ 24 they have mislead people into paying
Thank you this is now resolved ,done quickly through customer service. I had the same issue as numerous others are reporting.Sjgned for a week as a trial,not for me,however I am concerned now I see others have had a struggle to cancel payment,they took a whole month's payment,not a service I want to continue.I have E mailed them this morning and in contact with my bank for their assistance.Profoundly disappointing.
Do not sign up for this App it's a disgrace I agreed 1 months plan at £11.99 and my confirmation email clearly stated 1 months plan then they auto magically took £24.47 from my bank account without me knowing, I didn't even use it as realised not for me, tried to email them they tell you there's a 4 day wait for reply as so busy it's shocking how these companies are getting away with this. 😡😡😡
Like many of the reviews on here, signed up for 1 month subscription for £11.99 in December and they then proceeded to take a further payment of £24.47 in January and tried to take another payment today. I have emailed to cancel my subscription and asked for a refund of the payment they took in January. Absolutely disgusting. Be warned
This company have taken money from my account without telling me. Apart from £12 to start with. After that £24. I stopped with my bank. They just tried to take again. I screenshot the transaction and messaged them on Instagram with the screenshot . They have never contacted me with so called walking yoga and I’m qualified in pilates. What was I thinking of when I saw them. I’ve seen on Facebook they are selling bit coin . This is either they have been scammed or they took money from my account without telling me. I messaged them . They replied what are you talking about !!!!This company isn’t right
I have the same complaint as many others I signed up for a 1 month plan however was charged again for the next month, I have sent countless emails asking for a cancellation confirmation and refund however I only had one response advising they didnt have an account attached to my email and to send confirmation of payment with screenshots etc which i did so far no response this has been ongoing since 25/02
