Great customer service however disappointed that as a digital subscription/delivery there is no cooling off period/refund. It wasn't clear what the layout of the programme was until you had paid and entered the app. The programme doesn't suit me/not what i wanted.
Very very disappointed with this company. I took out what I thought was a free trail, was then charged 24.00. Emailed the company 4 times to ask to cancel the subscription. NO RESPONSE.... worrying thing is the only way to cancel the subscription is to email them. Clearly a money making scam.... stay well away from this company
I am not happy..Today I purchased a 30 day intro into walking yoga at $23.49. I received an email then advising me to access what I had just paid for I now had to subscribe to the App which was going to cost $59.99 for 1 month's subscription.This is just not right as it’s not communicated.People, please beware it’s just a money grab
I am not happy at all with walking Yoga . Not used the app and been charged and there is nowhere that I can cancel my subscription. I haven't used the App at all and I want it cancelled ..its one big con and scam and so disappointed with this company taking money for nothing ...one big scam !!!!
I paid a one off payment to this company of £11 and then a month later they have taken an unauthorised payment of £24.47. Bank informed and fraud have been notified. Do not use this company or you will lose money.Company is Lithuanian based in the town of pavenezys.
Paid £11.99 for a 7 day plan and haven’t received it. Said it was going to be emailed, haven’t had anything. Try logging into the app and my details aren’t recognised. Went through the app answered all the questions again and the app wants to charge me even more a 7 day plan. Who do I need to contact to get me money back!
They are a scam. I ordered a 7 day plan and paid an one off amount. They then illegally withdrew a yearly(!) subscription of my account saying that my trial period (I did not have a trial period in the first place) was renewable until the subscription was cancelled and that it is non refundable! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not waste your money on them!
I found the app temperamental. Took ages to load, would freeze and sometimes not work at all. I’ve just come from incomplete class yet yesterday was a rest day. The app had two rest days this week which means two classes this week alone I paid for and never received, you can’t progress to the next day either. However, I have updated the app and today's experience was a lot better in terms of not freezing and playing in a reasonable time frame. I worked this out on my own volition but I have received good service from organisers when required. I would have liked a warning about the recurring monthly charge too after my first trial month which doubled unexpectedly the second month.
