Review Time
I was unable to use the product at all, as it wouldn't let me log in without spending even more money. That coupled with the body-shaming emails I recieved, I am trying to contact customer support to cancel. There is no contact information on their website at all. Terrible.
BEWARE. I paid for a month and then they took another £80 for the lifetime plan which I did not want. They are replying to my requests for a refund but say I asked for the plan and their policy is no refunds! I have no confirmation email in fact the only reason I know is that I read some pretty awful reviews and checked my payments. Big time scammers. Stay clear.
I quickly realised I wasn’t going to use the app at this time, thought I’d cancel and maybe come back to it. Went through the procedure (so I thought), at least when you see a message ‘You have cancelled your subscription’, you would think that pretty clear and unambiguous… apparently not, it means they take your payment, and once taken cannot be refunded. Generously, they will allow me to use the app for the extra month I have paid for though!! On this basis, I would rate them little better than scammers and will avoid any of these apps in the future.Update: although the reaching out to help looked caring, the answer hasn't really changed my opinion. I would advise users to look carefully at the T&Cs if thinking to cancel and to double, double check. The system is set up so that they will take your money, without notification which might alert you to an error, and will not refund once taken.
The advert says take the quiz it's free and you get a personalised weight plan. I was thinking maybe they gave you a free plan for the week but ultimately you get nothing ... the advert is very misleading under UK law, time to get them reported.
I admit I didn't read the small print - so only thanks to Trust Pilot reviews after I'd purchased a 3 month plan - did I realise it's an ongoing auto-renew scenario. No thanks! Made my Paypal payment inactive and emailed the company requesting cancellation immediately. Be warned! Always use Trust Pilot before purchasing this stuff!!
Signed up for the 4 day subscription only, this then automatically renewed for a month when I didn’t sign up for that. Unhelpful customer service who were not will to refund despite never signing up for this. Took me a while to find an email on the site to the cancel the subscription I never wanted.
Don’t sign up with a trial. They have no obvious option for cancellation, you have to contact the support. I did and they cancelled the trial and asked meif I like to cancel my yearly prescriptions as well!I did not sign for a yearly prescription. They did that. Now they haven’t answered me yet. Walking Yoga is a trap, Stay away!
I’m extremely disappointed with Walking Yog. After my initial review on April 7th, I started receiving emails from their team claiming that I had subscribed to their service and that they will not issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable. At no point did I give consent for an annual subscription. Initially, it was communicated that the subscription was for one month. Without any further approval or notice, they reused my card details and charged me £79.99 for a full year. This is a serious breach of trust and misuse of payment information.I demand a full refund of £79.99. It's outrageous to charge someone without explicit consent and then refuse to take responsibility. I strongly advise others to be cautious before sharing any payment information with this company.
